Main site:
* Change the HTML classes for the following elements.
Navbar classes: navbar navbar-expand-lg navbar-dark bg-dark
<footer> classes: footer footer-dark bg-dark
<div class="card"> classes (Donation page only; add to existing .card class): bg-dark text-light
* Include the custom-bootstrap.css file in the same place as the stock bootstrap file.
* Include the custom-overrides.css file after any other CSS.
