  38. Try and create your own roleplay while working out, what I mean is you can be unique with it, maybe do pushups and then jumping up, jumping on and then off your little desk, be unique with it. Use your enviornment to help you make roleplay, like outside, you can use the bars to pull yourself up. The whole goal of this is to make sure your working out.

  43. You can run a game with a group, basketball helps with cardio, and it's a good activity for in character roleplay as well.
