Wand and Circlet description

[02:33] <DrEvilKitteh> On a well-lit street, there exists a building about three or four stories tall amidst the endless, everchanging cityscape of the Overcity. Above its door is a sign that simply has a wand and a circlet, denoting its name and purpose.
[02:33] <DrEvilKitteh> Inside the pub/tavern, there are many tables arrayed in the open space with even more chairs about. On one side is the long bar, and the cabinets and shelves behind it brim with all manner of drink, both mundane and weird. Due to the geometry of the pub's first floor, there are several corners, and numerous booths line most of the walls and the corners. But at least one is taken up by a few couches and a fireplace, and near that is a niche with an old-timey piano set into it. Stairs go up to the second floor and beyond, which have many rooms for weary travelers to stay the night. The overall décor and design of the pub is fairly rustic, or at least has a fair amount of wood involved.
[02:33] <DrEvilKitteh> Behind the bar is a man who is known as, simply, the Bartender. Waitresses, usually Magical Girls working a job for some reliable cash, most often dress in meido outfits as they provide service for the customers. However, there is a rule that is strictly enforced: No Fighting. Luckily, signs with the pub's rules are placed prominently around the bar.
