[color=cyan][sup]Let's pretend for a minute that we don't know who Venom is, or where he came from -- how he got his start in the Spider-Man world or Marvel universe. We'll run with that thought and create something entirely new, how would you like to have the Symbiote introduced to a world that benefits our story mutually? Providing you don't deny me the ability to play Eddie for our scene, this is a thought I've long considered a fun idea.[/sup] [/color]

[color=cyan][sup]Another one that I've always enjoyed entertaining the thought of, what if Venom suffered some sort of amnesia-like condition that caused the symbiote to be immediately heroic? Our scene would likely involve some sort of story that introduced our characters on a mutually beneficial platform. Helping one another as strangers, or with a level of agreed upon forced familiarity, we'd take to a confrontation against an enemy that brought out the strength in both players. [/sup] [/color]

[color=cyan][sup]Understanding the Symbiote swarm that has now occupied Earth, Venom finds himself taking  interest in unlikely companions in order to properly seek them out. Our characters may come into contact with one another through the process of hunting down what villainous Symbiotes still exist. We may also communicate properly OOC in order to establish some sort of familiarity prior to the scene. [/sup] [/color]

[color=cyan][sup]This scene would involve the more menacing and villainous side of Venom, though with a twist. He'd come to the rescue of another character, and for the first time in our own canon, he'd express a level of humility toward someone else. This can also be spun to say that Venom was in a weakened state and beaten by a greater foe, to which your character would be the one coming to a rescue. [/sup][/color]

[sup]Given who and more importantly -what- Venom is, it becomes highly unlikely that he's going to have any remote concern in your goals. This however can be spun enough to say that your ambitions bring you to a point of accidentally or even intentionally making it onto his radar. Whether we as typist decide to play this as though you're targeting Venom, or simply stumbling into his space -- either work for a one-off scene, or progressive long term story.[/sup]

[sup]This scene idea would be more appropriate for a meeting between Venom and a character that you wouldn't often imagine pairing him off with. For one reason or another, the two characters would make contact and the antics could begin. Be it that your character is timid and shy, or bold and snarky -- power scaling will have no play in this story. More of a fun setting to throw two unlikely characters in a room together, to see if a game can maintain based off of their personalities alone. [/sup]

[sup]Imagine a world where your character could play to the interests of Venom, whatever those interests may be at the time? This scene would most likely involve establishing some sort of NPC related enemy for us to sabatoge/torture. Maybe you even have information on where one of those nasty little rogue Symbiotes are hiding out? Imagine the promises Venom would falsly bestow upon your character if you managed to aid him in assimilating the few that do remain?   [/sup]

[sup]Whether this encounter comes to the benefit of the heroes or the villains of said universe, it is going to be unfriendly to someone. I am more than willing to pair Venom off in any scenario that we can find mutually interesting here. Not against coming into contact with someone from the Justice League, I almost think it could be fun to see how Superman or Wonder Woman view Venom. The real fun here could come from a sort of pairing that sees our characters going up against Darkseid ... Oh Venom and he would definitely share words. [/sup]

[sup]Time travel, space bending, reality warping ... These things have all happened countless times throughout Marvel's stories, so tossing Venom into a scene involving other heroes/villains from the franchise could be just as fun. Whether we see Venom come into contact with those from the X-Men series, Fantastic Four series, or even something from the Avengers; he can play the unlikely hero or likely villain ... Though c'mon, any scene where Venom can go up against Wolverine is just golden. [/sup]
