Rebuild xul-ext-lightning-locales

To rebuild the addon from the source package for another version of Lightning, change the version in debian/changelog to your needs and build. Everything up to the first dash will be used as the package dependency.

Example:
# unpack source package
dch -i
# edit version string
debuild -b
