Use Rare Candy on high leveled Pokemon (55+, but not >98)

Setup:
0. Have no items in box items.
1. Deposit 4 item in PC
2. Deposit 255 stack #1 quantity in PC
3. Swap a 255 stack with tileset
3.5 Scroll up to rival name, then toss desired amount from the correct item in rival name for Pokemon wanted.
4. Open item menu, and toss the 127 stack if there is one there.
5. Scroll so 4848 is the bottom menu item.
6. Back out of item menu, then open item menu. (you can skip this if you didn't scroll too far so 4848 wasn't the bottom menu item)
7. Use 8 8 and press A to access PC.
8. Access toss menu.
8.5 Swap first item with 4.
9. Flash 4, then toss 255 stack.
10. Toss 255 stack until you are backed out of item menu.
11. Exit PC.
12. Catch encounter that appears.
13. Repeat.
