The account remain f2p for the longest time
the membership was either payed with a prepaid card or a bond i cannot remember exactly never paid with debit card
the activation would have come from my location 123 Bellingham Road London
I moved house and therefore moved from BeThere to BeThere again at the new location ( moved from grove park (16 the green to the current location) )
When at the location i went to start using Sky and then moved to Virgin Media
