Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday i got banned because i had insulted a player called Riot. I am not typing because i think the ban was not fair. I am saying that i did it because she provoked me by writing false things about me and making fun of me in her team chat. That is unfair and incorrect attitude and she is destroying my reputation as a good and respected player. i have not done anything bad to her. I had attacked a player from her team for glory so she decided to start writing lies about me in her team. Then she attacked me in the personal mail, harassed and insulted me first, i got mad and i said bad words to her too, then she decided to delete her chat and to report me so i can get banned. I have not done anything bad to her. I did not even want to talk to her. It is not fair to ban me and to not ban her when she started and she first offended me. I hope you can restore the chat and see that she is the wrong one here. I couldn't screenshot the chat fast enough before she had deleted it.

There are some screenshots of her typing lies about me in her team chat:

- https://prnt.sc/otolae - She is laughing because i was thinking of deleting my account because of a persons like her.
- https://prnt.sc/otoqe8 - She is making fun of me here saying that i am illiterate. Also that is a type of racism because i am living in Spain and i have not lived in Bulgaria since 2007. Besides that she continued typing lies about me, she said that i am cruel and malicious. And she even was that impudent to tell me to shut up.

I think that atleast she must be banned too. That is not a normal and moral behavior. And because of a players like her, good people are stopping the game.
