KS14 Dehub Appeal

> Originally, when Klovn Station entered the hub, they made a good-faith attempt to deter harassment and libel from proliferating in their community, and have generally done a decent job in ensuring their community keeps to itself.

This implies that our rule enforcement and/or actual rules have gotten looser ever since KS14 started — but we have been making both the rules and our enforcement of them *stricter* over time.

> However, these efforts were recently reversed outright.
> It is purely the community’s actions that have motivated the decision to dehub.

This states that all the problems mentioned as motivations for KS14's dehub were *only the fault of our community* — ***and that these problems were explicity not the fault of our staff or anyone else***.
But we have observed none of this ever happen. We don't know which community SWF staff are referring to, nor any evidence for what they supposedly did.

The "efforts which were recently reversed outright" were, again, not stated to us, even though we easily could have been contacted.
