  1. Dahlia - 16/04/2018
  2. Christening this channel with this post was none other than Dahlia. Still on her hunt, the she-wolf was hot on the trail of an unknown wolf. It smelled like none she had met nor did she recognize the smell from anywhere in the territory. Concluding therefore, that it was not one of her own pack mates, the she-wolf's lips curled with almost manic glee. Stomach rumbling it was all too ready for a meal and she only hoped her prey went down easy. Not for it's own sake (Dahlia was far from her once compassionate self anymore), but rather for the sake of her hunger. As the scent grew but stronger and stronger, the lithe wolf's yellow eyes searched out for a sighting of her target.- @Ruvik ☣

  5. Time was anything but a friend to the male. He had never quite gotten a good enough grasp on the reality of it when he was but a pup, and this quest to find his long lost family had seemed to have taken millennia. A spiteful huff of air escapes his dry nasal passages, seeping through the cracked skin on his blackened snout. He couldn't recall the last time he stumbled upon a water source. It had probably been a few weeks...which would be impossible for any actual living creature. Yet, this male was far from that. He knew his survival was not natural, yet he was exposed to very unnatural things in his younger years. This had been his entire life. His path had held so many unsolved mysteries, but each quarrel with nature lead to his horrid disfiguration. Ruvik had three crimson eyes. The first two were natural, the third was set between the others, in a vertical placement. It even blinked separately, making it all the more alien and seemingly different than the rest of him. His grayed fur was torn off in chunks, as if his coat was desperately clinging onto a decaying carcass.- @Dahlia

  7. Dahlia - 16/04/2018
  8. As she swept closer and closer to the wolf, Dahlia became more and more aware that something was wrong. This scent was off. It almost smelled like death but then...it was a perfectly fresh, living scent. At first it had been the drive of her stomach keeping her from noticing it much but now it was becoming all too clear. And then the beast in question was in sight and the ebony female slid to a stop in the shadows of the trees. Perhaps this wasn't a good idea...but she was so hungry. Besides, he already looked half dead. No, something isn't right about this. There's something wrong with him. Her mind hissed to itself. / And there's not something wrong with me? / Her mind retorted. Something more wrong than any of the wolves of Sheol. So for a time Dahlia kept to the shadows, observing the male curiously and hungrily.
  9.
  10. Eventually her stomach spurred her into action and with her mind already splintered and frazzled, there was little rationalizing with herself. She was hungry but she was trying not to be stupid. Having not gotten a full view of his face yet, Dahlia knew there was something odd between his two (normal) eyes but she wasn't quite sure what just yet. Perhaps a marking? That was normal enough. Again, trying to remain smart about this kept her from rushing forward. Instead, she pulled her dark body into view (who knew if he had known she was there the whole time) and, fur bristling, raised her lip at the unknown wolf. "Who are you and what business do you have here?" She demanded, a once uncharacteristic snarl falling freely from the female's throat.- @Ruvik ☣

  13. He had spent most of his life obsessing over the ways of a hunter. He was quite skilled, more than most, as his mission to be reunited with his mother and sister were all he could ever think about after escaping the horrors of the Abyss. It was not uncommon for Ruvik to cross paths with one of his own kind, what was uncommon was for the fellow beast to live to tell the tale of the three-eyed Abyssal beast. The wind had been on his side today, as it carried a faint scent of a nearby female into his hollow snout. Odd...the scent was unlike many wolves. It was something in her blood...but he could not tell what exactly it was. He sized her up before coming to terms with her exact location, attempting to pinpoint her whereabouts whilst he wait for her to make any movement at all. Finally, there were a few hesitant steps taken in his direction. Ruvik allowed her to speak, her demanding words causing a slight smirk to appear along his jaw. He paused, for effect of course, and whisked around his nape in a stylish and dramatic manner. It was then that his third functioning eye became visible to her, along with his heavily scarred visage. He parted his chapped lips to speak, the vocals slithering out from the base of his chest with a light hum. There was a confident yet alluring tone within this male, but it was difficult to pinpoint the reasoning.- "Just jumping right into it...hm?" -He questioned her, instantly gaining control of the confrontation and buying himself time. He hated rushing his dinner.- "I could ask you the very same thing." @Dahlia
  14.
  15. Dahlia - 16/04/2018
  16. It would be a hard feat indeed to play it cool when coming across one with....three eyes? Seriously? At first Dahlia didn't believe her own two eyes. But then the thing blinked. Ew it was real. /For fucks sake what in the name of fuck is that?!/ Visibly recoiling cause, how could you not? Dahlia stared at the eye for a moment. Told you not to come after this wolf. Shaking her head the she-wolf blinked back to reality as the strange male's voice called back to her. His words created the burning of a snarl in her throat and she let it free in another low growl. Continuing forth the female eventually came to a stop when she was a few feet away from the male. Nose wrinkling at the stench of him she fought the urge to back up. The scent of death was something she was used to. The scent of life was something she was used to. But this in between that the male was or seemed to be was something else entirely. Raising an eyebrow at the male's retort, she straightened up. "I happen to belong here, where as you don't." She reminded him. "So I ask you again, who are you and what business have you here?" Yellow eyes leveled steadily on the male, the female refusing to look away, refusing to show fear. Stomach turning in her gut it urged her to either ignore this male or attempt a meal out of him but she pushed its desires aside. Something wasn't right about this situation at all and she didn't need a third eye to see that.- @Ruvik ☣

  19. The male showed no physical response to the female's defensive stance. Figuratively, his rolled his eyes around in their sockets. Typical of a female to get all pent up over such a simple question. He knew it would bother her even further that he wasn't taking her seriously at all. It would most likely bother her even more if he were to burn her ears off by telling the longest version of his story as best he could. Which, it was to be noted that this male had no idea what had happened within Sheol since his disappearance and parting with his family.- "You see..." -The male began to pace around the female whilst gazing into the cover of trees above.- "My Mother was quite the little scamp. The pack was furious, caused her to birth me and my siblings in this...horrid forest. It was absolutely devoid of scent yet it was crawling with voices. I had only been with her for a short few weeks before my brother suddenly saw something. I went to see if I could be of any aid, yet I then saw it too. Words cannot describe the beast I laid eyes upon. I could tell it wasn't with us, but it's existence was very real. There was no question about that." @Dahlia
  20.
  21. Dahlia - 16/04/2018
  22. Skin crawling as the began pacing around her, Dahlia's teeth bit into her lower lip as she pushed back the urge to lunge at him. Aside from the fact that something told her that didn't seem like a good idea, the female was still as curious as she ever had been. Time trapped with her mother and him has broken her mind and most of her soul, most of it. But she still enjoyed a good tale and she loved figuring things out. And she wanted to find out this male's purpose. So, despite hating being pranced around like she was a piece of meat (and yes she knows the irony in that considering she herself was considering this male a meal only moments prior), the she-wolf found herself listening intently.
  23.
  24. By the time he was trailing off, the ebony female had sunk into a sitting position, head craning around to follow the male's movements. She didn't care for the moment that he still hadn't answered her fucking question on who he was (was it really that hard a question? Did he have to phone a friend or something?), Dahlia was enraptured and wanted him to go on. "And? What happened?" @Ruvik ☣

  26. Ruvik ☣ - 16/04/2018
  27. Now having the female's full attention, Ruvik carried on with his life story. The tone of his voice jumping up and down accordingly to match the intensity of his words.- "I couldn't tell at this point whether or not he was gone, but my brother fell limp. I couldn't take my eyes off the beast, not for a second. But suddenly...the world went black." -Huffing at the recurring memory of being alive in that forbidden plane made the male jump that part of the story.- "To cut a long story short, I was in the plane of the afterlife. Something I've heard many wolves around these parts call "The Abyss". I do not wish to go into details about it...especially not on a first date." -The male grinned, having nudged her shoulder blade gently with his own just to bug her. Perhaps keep her on her toes.- "Regardless, I emerged from the wretched place and awoke to find that my mother and sister had vanished. I was alone with the body of my deceased and decaying brother." -Ruvik had gathered information from surrounding prey that his mother SHOULD be near here, quite close in fact. This wolf may even be in the same pack as her.- "So to answer your question, my name is Ruvik Kirottu. I've come for Ariseus and Morrigan." -He moved closer to her, dangerously so. Almost in a seductive manner as his body slinked towards her, yet his foul stench really did set him apart. His lips pursed and motioned towards her ear as he whispered out.- "Now where is dear ol' mum?" @Dahlia

  29. Dahlia - 16/04/2018
  30. Curiosity killed the cat and it was really very likely to kill this wolf. Growing close to the stories of others like this was what had landed her in trouble with Devlan. And here she was again, searching for the back story of a wolf, wanting to know what had made him him. But she was deep into the story, practically feeling the turmoil of the male as he spoke of the beast and a world gone black. Suddenly ears flattened against her head when the male nudged her shoulder. Pushing back to her paws, Dahlia let out a low growl and took a step away to create some distance. She didn't care if it made her look weak for the moment. Any sympathy she'd felt for the male was gone, pushed aside by renewed suspicion as he finally introduced himself and his reason for being here. The distance she'd created soon closed, Dahlia's ear flicked as breath with the stench of death enveloped it. Lip curling she let out a low growl as she pulled away once more at his question. It was with the added space that she was able to fully push aside thoughts of Devlan and return to the present. Wait...had he said Ariseus? "Ariseus is your mother?" Dahlia questioned as she glanced over the male. Truth be told, she wouldn't know if he looked like the alpha though since the ebony wolf herself had never met Ariseus. "Honestly, I don't know where she is. She went off on a mission and no one's sure when she'll be returning." Dahlia informed him. As for Morrigan, well Dahlia really had no idea about that wolf.- @Ruvik ☣

  32. Ruvik ☣ - 17/04/2018
  33. Ruvik was not pleased with the new information he had obtained. It seemed as though he was so goddamn close to finding them that another wrench in the plan was the last thing he wanted.- "Of course she did..." -Ruvik snarled beneath his breath, hoping that he wouldn't have had to unleash his disappointment upon another victim.- "Tell me...do you know anything about her...why did she leave?" -The stench of his breath was quite foul, and hot. His eyes glazing over whilst they focus on the floor of the forest.- @Dahlia
  34.
  35. Dahlia - 17/04/2018
  36. It didn't come as much surprise to the female that the male grew upset at her answer. It couldn't feel good to have come back from the dead and now gotten so close only to still be so far. Ears flicking as he pressed her on what she might now, Dahlia grew tense before relaying her next answer. "I do not. I've not yet had the true pleasure...or displeasure of meeting her." Who knew after all if she and the leader of Sheol would even like each other? "But I do know the wolf that is likely to know more and possibly her whereabouts." She added quickly before the male couldn't descend further into anger. Toes flexing against the ground, her fur fluffed up of its own accord as if to remind the male she'd put up a fight should he come after her. Not that it'd be much of a fight given the male's appearance. "I could see if he wishes to tell you anything?" She offered, already wondering in her head where Atticus might be in the land.- @Ruvik ☣
  37.
  38. Ruvik ☣ - 17/04/2018
  39. This female had never even met his mother, yet she knows of her? How odd. Ruvik wondered what tales could have caused for that to happen. Nevertheless, the female had offered him a place to further his investigation. Something, anything, to hold onto was enough for him to not cause any issues here. Especially if Dahlia was connected to the wolves here. That could render him guilty in front of the entire pack he hopes to invade, and that was not the route he wishes to take.- "Yes, that would be best." -Before the wolf gave him any directions on where to find this insider informant, he had one last question for the beast.- "You forgot to introduce yourself. It might be useful information for me later." -He grinned.- @Dahlia
  40.
  41. Dahlia - 17/04/2018
  42. Nodding once he agreed to meeting with Atticus, the female wasn't about to lead him off through the territory. It seemed he'd traipsed through it enough. But she also wasn't too keen on leaving him here alone. Therefore the female was preparing to howl for Atticus to come to them when the male's question (though it felt a bit like a demand in disguise) made her pause. "I didn't forget but very well, my name is Dahlia." A polite smile and dip of her head before she lifted her muzzle to the sky. She left off her last name on purpose and, while she wouldn't be surprised if he asked, was hoping he wouldn't ask after it. Plenty of wolves didn't have surnames right? Muzzle to the sky, the she-wolf howled loud and long, hoping it reached far enough through the territory for Ariseus' second in command to hear.- @Ruvik ☣ @Atticus

  44. Atticus - 17/04/2018
  45. The old wolf's ears perked up, to hear the sound of Dahlia's howl. What the fuck was it now, it's like he can't catch a break until everyone's asleep. Stretching his legs and emerging from the den, he made his way towards the female. The demon's heavy feet slamming in the cool soil as he noticed another brute with the female. Who was he? Atticus didn't know and this put him on the edge. Until he noticed this wolf was not like the others, he didn't care. This was his pack afterall..or what Ariseus left to him..it was still his duty to defend them all. Moving closer towards Dahlia to keep her from danger...you never know when strangers can change."Dahlia...who is this..." Atticus questioned, before reacting like and idiot...a wolf with three eyes.....was he some kind of demon from the abyss. His furs we're prickling along his back, for once Atticus actually felt fear inside himself...even if he wanted to rip them apart...he would lay his life down for this pack..this wolf was just another intruder? or maybe a joiner. @Ruvik ☣ @Dahlia

  47. Ruvik ☣ - 17/04/2018
  48. A sly smirk rushed over the cocky male's muzzle as his question was answered, but not without a sassy tone. He had no idea what type of wolf his mother was like, since he had never seen her in a pack situation before and did not know how high she kept her head. Hopefully she was the kind of wolf he can look up to, if not, he'd have no problem with taking her down like the rest of them. Ruvik knew his circumstances were only made possible because of the Gods, and so he should be treated like one. He alone crawled out from the hungry jaws of The Abyss, and he would make sure that his second chance at life was not taken for granted. Not long after Dahlia released her call did another large male approach the domain in which the conversation was taking place. The charcoal male demanded a response from the female, but Ruvik felt obligated to answer for her.- "So you must be the big bad boss of my hometown." -With a cheeky smile still plastered upon his lips, the three eyed beast took a stoic stance.- "I am Ruvik Kirottu. Apparently you're the one who knows where the hell my dear ol' mum is." @Dahlia @Atticus

  50. Atticus - 18/04/2018
  51. Upon hearing the male's introduction, Atticus blinked briefly. Did he say Ruvik Kirottu ? Just like Ariseus and Moirai, he was another family member, and her son. The three eyes was still strange, but Atticus could have sworn most of Ariseus kids perished long ago...unless this was some kind of miracle child. Still, Atticus respected the wholeness of the family no matter. Dipping his head to Ruvik to show his deepest apologies."I'm normaly your mothers right hand, so aggression comes with the title, Ariseus has left Sheol to look for a new land...and possibly more followers..I'm not sure when she's coming back, but she left me in charge until then.." He said, still eyeing the male curiously..everything about him brought chills to the old brute."So Ruvik Kirottu? I could have sworn all of Ariseus kids perished long ago..you must be a lucky surviver." Atticus mentioned, trying to know more..for years he heard Arie speak of her dead kids..yet there was one standing infront of him. @Ruvik ☣ @Dahlia

  53. Dahlia - 18/04/2018
  54. Once her song ended, Dahlia stood in wait for either a return howl or simply the arrival of Atticus himself. When he did arrive, the ebony female was happy to step back and allow him to take over. She relaxed slightly at having another pack member around to back her up should things turn sour. Despite that though she continued to retain a bit of tension in her muscles. Muzzle opening to reply to Atticus' demand, she soon shut it again when Ruvik provided the desired answer himself. Dahlia continued to remain quiet, watching both males closely as they spoke.- @Atticus @Ruvik ☣
  55.
  56. Ruvik ☣ - 18/04/2018
  57. Ruvik rolled his shoulders beneath his pelt in a relaxed manner, as if to cut the tension off the situation a bit now that things were being properly introduced. Wait...right hand? Left in charge? Could this mean that his dear ol mum is actually the highest in the pack of Sheol?- "Hold on, you mean to tell me Ariseus is the Alpha here now?" -Floored by this information, it certainly was one of the best things he had heard all day.- "Unfortunate though, that she is gone for an unknown length of time." -The fleshy growth near his lips gave a light shake as the male huffed.- "I suppose it has been quite some time. I perished in the forest long ago with my brother alongside me. I..I couldn't find him when I was in there. It had to have been the will of the gods for me to find my body and return to it before the worst happened. It's been my mission ever since to reunite with my family. I had hoped to find better answers...but this will do." @Atticus @Dahlia

  59. Atticus - 18/04/2018
  60. Atticus watched the males reactions, he didn't sense anything bad or suspicious. After hearing his tale, that would explain the third eye he gained. Atticus bowed his head, always finiding it an honor to serve the Kirottu's."Your mother Ariseus is indeed the leader of this pack...I would like to think the gods favored you more, as messed up as that sounds...it explains why you aren't dead." Atticus mentioned, chuckling a bit as he turned away from the male."I see no reason to keep you waiting here at the border, you give off her familiar scent..different but familiar..there is no doubt she will be excited to see you when she returns." Atticus flicked his tail inviting the male in. Looking towards Dahlia he gave her nod to follow."Come, meet the rest of the pack...I suppose you'll be wanting to take up the mantle your mother left, but I suggest you meet and greet...some of these wolves can be a bit aggressive with strangers, nothing a bit of discipline can't fix." The male gave Ruvik a grin."If I didn't introduce myself before, the names Atticus..my family has been watching over yours for quite sometime now." The brute was trying to be as formal as possible...first impressions we're everything he figured. @Ruvik ☣ @Dahlia

  63. Stomach rumbling, the hungry organ urged Dahlia to head elsewhere despite Atticus' nod to follow. But this Ruvik was still a new and uncertain beast. Surely there had to be some deeper reason he was here other than a family reunion? Rising to her paws and ignoring the turmoil of her stomach, Dahlia headed off after males in this really pathetic post holy fuckballs I'm sorry, I died.- @Ruvik ☣ @Atticus

  66. "No need to beat around the bush with such useless fucking formalities, Atticus. I'm not some idiot, I prefer to get straight to the point. Of course, someone of your standing in this pack would be able to speak their mind." -The male trotted off into what seemed to be the location of the bulk of the pack, as that was where the scent was strongest. He bent his muzzle to the side, looking at the other male with a sick twisted grin plastered upon his disfigured face. Such a grin was eerily similar to his mother's. One full of excitement, yet terrible danger.- "Mother isn't here to present an example to the pack, so naturally I will take her place until she returns. In the meantime, I expect to receive just as much respect from you as you give her. How else am I to lead a pack if the second in command sees me as a lesser?" @Atticus @Dahlia
  67.
  68. Dahlia - Last Tuesday at 15:59
  69. With the attention of the males' focused solely on each other within moments, Dahlia waited as long as was proper before making her exit. No one would notice right? Not when there was a battle of testosterone going on. Besides, she didn't wish to be around this strange male any longer. She hadn't been able to get much of a read on his personality yet, with the most of her own attention so focused on hunger, but those eyes alone were quite unsettling and she decided it was time to go. Having already been lagging behind the males, Dahlia slowed her pace a titch more until they were out of sight.
  70.
  71. She considered the wisdom of leaving Atticus on his own with the spider wolf of death but she expected he could handle himself well enough. Besides, it was unlikely she'd be of much use against that male in the case of trouble anyway. Turning away to head off in a different direction, the ebony female once more set off in the pursuit of food.- @here

  74. Atticus - Today at 14:13
  75. Atticus let out a breath of relief, he wasn't one for manners...it was only a facade."Fuck, I was here thinking I'd have to kiss ass and sound proper.." The old male snorted, releasing a faint chuckle."Well she'll be back soon hopefully, right now the food is returning but it wont last long..so I encourage everyone to eat while they can." Atticus moved along close behind the male as he trotted off near the rest of the pack. Although Ruvik was freaky looking, who was Atticus to deny his rule among them..besides Ariseus would come back anyway and take up her mantle again, but this was her son. He had claim to Alpha while she was away.
  76.
  77. He had no choice but to move along with the flow of things."You'll get the same respect from me, but it's the other wolves down there you should worry about..well examples are nice to make as well." Atticus gave Ruvik a grin. "This pack seems to respond better to violence." The male chuckled, and kept a close distance behind the odd eyed beast. @Ruvik
