  1. Hey Everyone! Let me share with you this method :) [More than 70% sucess rate]
  2.
  3. Good luck in your SE !
  4.
  5.
  6.
  7.
  8. Hey, Ideology here. This is one of my favorite method. Make sure to have :
  9.
  10.
  11. ⦁ Computer and a brain
  12. ⦁ Inactive Fitbit account with synced device.
  13. ⦁ Some free time (30min - 1h)
  14.
  15.
  16. Steps:
  17.
  18. ⦁ First of all, you want to get your hands on a Fitbit account with a device set up on it. This tutorial requires an account with a device that hasn’t been synced in a while. A message box will appear on the dashboard after you log in telling you that you haven’t synced in a while, as shown below. Please note that the more the device is expansive, the more it will be hard to SE. I always aim for Flex 2, cheap and easy to SE.
  19.
  20.
  21. ⦁ Secondly, you’re going to want to login to the account, then click on your Profile > Personal Information and change the following:
  22. ⦁ Email address to your own
  23. ⦁ If a country is selected and it’s not the one you live, unselect it.
  24. ⦁ Remove all text in address textboxes
  25. IMPORTANT : Verify on fitbit.com/activities when the device was bought. IT MUST BE UNDER 1 YEAR, so you can use their 1 year warranty.
  26.
  27.
  28. ⦁ Here’s the release dates for each Fitbits. Might help you.
  29. ⦁ Aria: April 2012
  30. ⦁ Ultra: October 2011
  31. ⦁ One: September 2012
  32. ⦁ Zip: September 2012
  33. ⦁ Flex: May 2013
  34. ⦁ Force: October 2013
  35. ⦁ Charge: November 2014
  36. ⦁ Charge HR: January 2015
  37. ⦁ Surge: Mid 2014
  38.
  39.
  40.
  41. ⦁ Then, you’re going to head to ⦁ www.fitbit.com/activities , click on Year, and find where the activity started happening.
  42.
  43.
  44.
  45. For this example, the account holder started using the Fitbit device around end of December & Early 2015.
  46.
  47. NOTE: Check this date and make sure it is a date after the initial release (Listed in Step 3) of the Fitbit device that is connected to the account. For this example, the Surge came out in mid 2014 and the owner started using it early 2015, so it checks out.
  48.
  49. ⦁ IMPORTANT : Open the following articles in a new tab. Sometimes, the representative will ask you what you’ve done to fix the problem with your device, or how you’ve tried restarting your device, so it’s good to keep these close.
  50. ⦁ https://help.fitbit.....art-my-tracker
  51. ⦁ https://help.fitbit.....art-my-tracker
  52.
  53. ⦁ Head to https://help.fitbit....hatType=support and fill out the form. Use the name of the previous account owner, enter your own email, select the device that’s set up on the account, select the ‘Damaged’ issue and click submit.
  54.
  55. ⦁ Wait until you’re connected with a live chat operator. During the chat, you’re going to want to seem friendly, have manners, and use proper grammar.
  56.
  57. ⦁ Once connected, do the following:
  58.
  59. ⦁ Tell the operator hello. BE POLITE, IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT!
  60. ⦁ Tell them you’re having a problem charging your (Insert Fitbit Device name here.)
  61. ⦁ Wait till they reply then tell them you’ve read the articles on the Fitbit help center and followed the steps, as well as checking out the community forums. Tell them none of the methods worked and that your Fitbit device is still not charging.
  62. ⦁ If they want to run you through troubleshooting, go along with it while pretending to troubleshoot.
  63. ⦁ You can optionally tell them you’ve checked the forums and seen that a lot of people have had this problem. (This is especially true with the Fitbit Flex.)
  64. ⦁ Once you’re finished with the troubleshooting, the representative should ask you for your address and phone number to send the replacement to.
  65.
  66.
  67. Common things asked by Fitbit representatives:
  68.
  69. Q. What have you tried till now?
  70. A. They’re probably testing you to see if you know your shit. This is where the 2 articles I linked you to come in handy.
  71.
  72. Q. When did you purchase your Fitbit?
  73. A. This is where the Activity page I linked you to comes in handy. Check when the activity started and tell them you were gifted the Fitbit at around that date. If you do not tell them you were gifted it, they will most likely ask for proof of receipt. Thank you for reading my guide. Make sure to upvote, to support me. My fitbit SE paid service will be opened really soon on Nulled's Marketplace! ~ Ideology
