Incident-6942-A: SCP-6942 was contained in light containment underground section of site-[Redacted], SCP-6942 was triggered, the resulting blast and shrapnel from SCP-6942 killed over 200 facility staff and took out a leaving helicopter, killing half of MTF Epsilon-6.
