2.
• There will be up to two name change requests approved per month.
 3. • In Character reason will receive preference over Out of Character reason.
 4. • If a person has changed their name recently, they will not receive a permission to change their name once again (3 to 6 months cooldown)
 5. • Command & High Command members will not receive a permission, unless decided otherwise by the Chief of Police.
 6. • Name change requests which will be sent before accomplishing the reinstatement process will be automatically denied.
7. Name change requests may be submitted throughout the month. However the result (whether accepted or denied) will be sent to the person requesting the permission only at the end of the month. When it comes to a number of name change requests with In Character reasons, those who submitted first will receive preference as well.

[/legend][legend=#0d326e,#FFFFFF,Chapter II - patrolling in STAFF]#FFFFFF,

When patrolling in STAFF unit you are expected to patrol in a normal cruiser or the normal police rancher, depending on your preference. While on patrol, you are expected to overview the performance of the units on the scene, and if necessary step in and supervise. (However, it's preferable that you let the sergeants and command members do so, if there's none available or there's need for further assistance, you may as well).
 8. If you believe there has been an issue with how the supervisor handled the scene, approach him after the scene has been concluded and go over his mistakes with him. Afterwards submit a notice regarding the issue in the high command section, repetitive notices may lead to the person's demotion, and will force him to retake the training program.

[/legend][legend=#0d326e,#FFFFFF,Chapter III - prosecution of government employees]#FFFFFF,

When it comes to prosecuting employees of other government agencies, the decision will depend on you and the seriousness of the offense. Serious criminal offenses will result in automatic prosecution to the prison. Minor offenses will often result in jail time or a verbal warning and a note to the person's supervisor.

[/legend][legend=#0d326e,#FFFFFF,Chapter IV - Promotions]#FFFFFF,

The regulations regarding promotions are the following:
 9.
• Officers may not be promoted more often than once in three weeks.
 10. • Promotions to Sergeant I and Lieutenant will be concluded AFTER completing the Sergeant In Training Program or Command In Training Program by the director of each program.
 11. • Sergeants may not be promoted more often than once in six weeks.
 12. • Command members may not be promoted more often than once in nine weeks.
 13. • No one besides the Chief of Police may overrule those regulations.

[/legend][legend=#0d326e,#FFFFFF,Chapter V - Communication & Team work]#FFFFFF,

The High Command Team is based on communication. It is important that before coming to decision, or performing any department related changes that you come to the rest of the team and ask for their opinion and input, even if they are from a different office or bureau. Other members of the team may have an opinion or a suggestion for improvement for the upcoming change which will/might improve and contribute to the department more than the current plan.

[/legend]
