BSG "post"

BSG started off as an in-person event that started having smaller weekend events early 2016, that happened every month almost (11 events in 12 months). We started growing, and decided to do 1 yearly event in the summer. Fast forward a few years, and demand has led us to 2 weeklong events per year. Despite being called the Benelux (BElgium, NEtherlands, LUXembourg), we've only held events in the Netherlands as that's where the most people are from, being in multiple places but now situated just outside the most central city in NL, Utrecht.
Our upcoming event is quite soon after GDQ, January 18th to 24th, with a summer event planned in July (dates not revealed/set on yet).

We have always asked the community for input on what charities to support. We didn't crowdfund until 6 events in, and then people were keen on the idea to support cancer research with the KWF (Dutch charity, one of the more popular ones), and recently again in 2020, we're we are now (and still are) crowdfunding for MIND (Not the same as the UK MIND), who support people and those around them with mental help, and to make psychic and mental health somethin that should be spoken about.

While the name does say Benelux in it, anyone is welcome to attend and participate in the event, in any role. Kind of a european thing to do I think?
Albeit viewing comfy from home, coming over and either run, join us in the lots of boardgames people are bringing for others to play, or join us in activities to theme parks/other activities.
