Some infromation about me

My name is Adian Kolcakovic and I am 13 years old. I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina in a city called Bihać. I live with my dad and grandma because my parents divorced due to private reasons that I will not state in this application. Although I have a good connection with both of them, they hate each other. I sometimes visit my mother for few days and that's all I have time spent with her. I'm a good student and I usually get A grades without too many difficulties. My hobby is mostly playing videogames. Rarely I go out to play with my friends but when I do, I take best times out of it. As much as I'm good in school, it doesn't mean I'm so loved as I wanted it to. I get bullied a lot and sometimes even beat up. I'm not so tough or strong to defend myself from this kind of situation but you know what they say: haters hate. I have few real friends that are always with me and ready to support me when they can, like I do to them. An example of these friends is Mirza Tinjak (Patak) and my sister Manuela Alagić (Eowynx). They always help me when I need help. I'm mostly calm and don't mind anyone's business, but when I'm with my friends I'm ready to make them laugh and sometimes even joke. In-game I'm mostly serious on duty, but relaxed and friendly when I'm with friends or the one's I love. I played a lot of games, and I usually learn them fairly quick, then I just play play play until I get bored. I'm easy to talk to, and I don't ignore most requests or calls, as I have plenty of eyes made for that job. I'm actually one of the only Bosnian players on the server, although Ex-Yu countries are still popular in SAUR.

Why should you accept me?

I will try to do my duty the best I can by delivering fair and deserved punishment to rulebreakers who have been reported by players, help players when help is needed and always be reasonable with players. I am resistant to all types of provocations, insults and all of the above. I can control my behavior very well, and I always think before doing something stupid or reckless. Even if I don't have something in my arsenal, I'm always willing to learn it as long as it is possible, example if I don't know flying, I'll focus and try to learn it as soon as I can. I'm usually serious rather than joke type of guy, and through my SAUR Career it paid me well, as the guys who tried to speak to me didn't die of laughter but still not that level of seriousness where they literally FEAR/HATE you. My English is not the best, but it's understood by most SAUR players without any problems. I'm having problems with long/complex words and those can be a pain in the ass to me, but I can understand/type most words in English language. Although I'm a teen with 13 years, I think I can handle the job of a SAUR Staff and do it without many problems. About my religion, I am Muslim yes, which is one of the most hated religions on the server, but it doesn't mean I show my religious behavior ( I don't it in real life either ) and I don't judge people by religions nor what skin tone they are (racism). I don't get offended by my religion jokes at all, and I usually laugh at them like many other people. I do not abuse powers and I usually use them not for my personal uses, but instead of others. ( I'm more a team player, rather than Rambo kinda guy) . I can handle Ex-Yu languages without many problems since staff team does lack some Ex-Yu staff members.

What can you expect from me?

From me you can expect an active member that will try his best to do the staff job right, and always prosper for a self-improvement, who will also always fix his mistakes before too much shitstorms happen. Most of my time will be spent on duty, next best thing is LAW side to help operations/host trainings. Although I'm young, it doesn't mean I can't think wise, I will always try to seek good options, and therefore do my job as a staff member very well. If I manage to do a mistake, I'm still a human after all, I will try to correct it and apologize to the person hurt by it (even though it doesn't mean I will just do mistakes). You can expect from me to always help players and never ignore support chat/main chat. You can expect from to always be serious on duty and never try to joke with things that I shouldn't. I had experience of things that I shouldn't joke with, an example of those that I have no business with and people that are more smarter than me aka those roast lords. I will not misuse this chance if I do get it, but if I get it is up to Staff Managers / Owners to decide. I will be active on the server mostly, depends on my school days, but 4 hours is minimum is always what you get from me.

Past bans (Include duration and reason): My only and last ban is by Castillo (23/1/2017) for annoying server staff (I got banned for saying "Old UCP is best" and repeating it)
Past SAUR clans you were in:

Squads:
Special Operations Team (SOT) - left due to inactivity of the team
National Security Service (NSS) - transfer to Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)  - Followed Putin to Blackwater
Military - I felt like I was not wanted there due to attacks I gotten for leaking which I did not do.
Rapid Intervention and Overwatch Team (RIOT) - Left the team with others to Blackwater PMC, because we as High Commands decided to fuse with the opposite team.

Gangs:
VanDalz - left due to inactivity of the team
Golden Killers - team got removed
Blackwater (squad,clan,gang) - left many times, but yet I am again in this Corporation as Captain of the team.

Do you have any experience with running a server for these games, if so, please inform: Yes, I have led both Minecraft and Counter Strike before and I had admin/owner on some of them, so I do know how running a server in those games works like.

My hours are very low compared to some 5000 hour people, but I think I have enough experience to handle different sides of SAUR. I have been in many groups and tasted different leaderships by different people, both criminal and cop. Although I'm not loyal as some people who join 3 group in 1 year, I consider myself loyal to people I like & think as good.
I don't have many haters on the server, at least I think so / they didn't publicly state it. I'm friendly with every person on the server expect asslickers/annoying people which get on my nerves, but I can control my behaviour and   show professional and polite words to them, without falling down to their level.
