  2. UPDATE 9 HOTFIX 2, Date 15-2-2024
  3. - Fixed a bug that caused some parts to not be displayed. Big thanks to "RavenAscendant" for the help.
  4. - Updated the Reposition mods yet again, should be more consistent. Also adds an EFT-style alternative view. Big thanks to "Dhatri" for the update.
  5. - Fixed the lens for the FN 509 and FNX-45 Tactical, this may increase performance on lower-end rigs and fix the dot not appearing when using Parallax Reflex Sights. Big thanks to "Don Bianco" and "party_50" for help provided.
  6. - "Fort-21" now uses Ukrainian text on the right-side of the frame. Thanks to "Rayan293" for the info.
  7. - "Five-SeveN" had some improvements:
  8. * Model had its smoothing errors fixed, it should now look less messy. Big thanks to "Don Bianco" for doing the fixing.
  9. * Texture resized from 2048 to 4096. This is due to low quality on smaller parts, should now be a bit better. Performance shouldn't be too bad because this is a very rare pistol, you'll only see it once or twice on an enemy.
  10. * Fixed the barrel having its spring rod exposed, it should be inside the gun now.
  11. * Redid the barrel so the inside is a bright metal while the outside is shiny dark.
  12. * Darkened all metal parts a bit, it was too bright for STALKER.
  13. * Reduced the shine on the plastic while improving on the metal.
  14. * Silencer is further inside the barrel, made no sense that the threaded barrel was sticking out.
  15. +++ Tan Variant had its tan colour improved and now has dark metallic parts.
  16. +++ Minor improvements for the Black Variant, the metallic parts are also brighter for a better variety.

  19. - Updated all the [PATCH] addons, adding better compatibility with Blindside's and EFT Reposition. Thanks to "Dhatri".
  20. - "Walther P99" has been redone:
  21. * Now uses another model and textures by "zooki", all credits go to him.
  22. * Variant 1 is titanium-coated slide with black frame and no tritium sights, Variant 2 is black slide with Olive Drab Green frame, German Markings and "deluxe" tritium sights.
  23. +++ Comes with its own addon, "Walther P99 Laser Attachment", which adds a cool attachment to it. (Just like the MK23, the laser is decorational until a better display method is found)

  26. [ "Big Fucking Gundate" ]
  27. - ECONOMY OVERHAUL! Price has been revised to make sure every pistol has its own price, fit for its stats:
  28. - 1911; Colt 1911 is now the cheapest .45 ACP at 8560, SW645 price has been reduced to be slightly more expensive than the Glocks and Berettas due to rarity, M45 and M45A1 prices have been reduced, SVI is no longer extremely pricey.
  29. - Beretta; 92FS is now second cheapest, HPSA being first. INOX variant is not way too pricey. Adjusted cost for the rest of the Berettas.
  30. - HPSA; Now is the cheapest 9mm available, except for its Mark III variant.
  31. - CZ-52; It is now only slightly less expensive than the TT33.
  32. - CZ-75; Balanced between 92FS and M9 prices.
  33. - FNP45; Redid the prices based on the new models.
  34. - Glock; Balanced the prices so they're a bit more expensive than the Beretta variants.
  35. - GSh-18; It is now slightly more expensive than the Walther P99
  36. - OC33; Adjusted the price so it costs way more than the APS.
  37. - P220; P220 is now slightly more expensive than the 1911 instead of being very expensive, P229 is slightly less expensive due to using 9mm, P320 is a bit more expensive.
  38. - APS; Adjusted the price so it costs less than the OTs-33.
  39. - TT33; Minor adjustment to make it slightly less expensive than its arguable equivalent, Colt 1911. The new variant, M57, is now more expensive.
  40. - USP; They're now the most expensive .45 ACP pistols.
  41. - Walther; They are now more pricey than the PMs. 3rd cheapest 9mm pistols.
  42. - "1911" has been redone:
  43. * Now uses another model and textures by "Hung Do", all credits go to him.
  44. * Said model is still a classic 1911, but has much better textures and meshes, easily visible on the markings, bullet and magazine.
  45. +++ All 1911 variants have their animations fixed, this is easily visible on the magazines no longer clipping (or at least way less than before) and the hammer not acting weirdly.
  46. - New weapon! The "Zastava M57". Yugoslavian version of the TT-33 that has a slightly taller frame and magazine, increasing the capacity from 8 rounds to 9.
  47. * Balance wise, it is similar to the TT-33 but with slightly lower recoil, slightly worse reliability, faster fire rate and has 9 rounds instead of 8. One unique feature is that it can be upgraded to use 9x19, turning it into an M70A
  48. - "APS" has been overhauled:
  49. * Improved the texture by adding better detail, such as...Blueing of the metal, addition of Copper parts such as the Hammer and Firemode Selector, firemode selection dots, bullets use steel case.
  50. * Fixed the normal map, it was using a broken one.
  51. * Heavily improved the specular, the metal now shines like proper worn metal and the grip has a subtle polymer shade.
  52. * Fixed smoothing errors, again.
  53. * Fixed the barrel cover not moving with the slide.
  54. - "TT-33" has been overhauled:
  55. * Now uses a texture fit for the Soviet Era TT-33, specifically Post-1947 made by Tula Arsenal. This pretty much means it has different markings, a darker metal and uses a dark plastic grip instead of the wooden grip.
  56. * Now uses animations from 1911 instead of sharing it with Fort-12, seems way more fitting.
  57. * Gun has been rebalanced, it's now accurate with controllable recoil but has very low handling.
  58. - "CZ-52" has been redone:
  59. * Improved the texture by giving it better details, such as slightly darker and sharper grip with a stainless steel holder.
  60. * Fixed the normal map, it was using a broken one. Also, improved it by adding some proper Czech markings to it.
  61. * Improved the specular a bit, it should be a bit more shiny but not too much due to Wear&Tear.
  62. * Fixed smoothing errors.
  63. * Now uses PM animations since they're much more fitting. (Only problem is that it unlocks an invisible Slidelock on empty reload)
  64. * Rebalanced the gun, it's no longer a ridiculously accurate pistol, instead it's a mix of PM and TT-33, compared to the TT-33 it has less accuracy but much more handling and firerate.
  65. - "CZ-75" has been redone:
  66. * Fixed smoothing errors and resized the gun, it should be more closer to the real gun.
  67. * Heavily improved the texture itself, the trigger and barrel is now a bright stainless steel, firemode has red dots, bullets are detailed, etc.
  68. * Improved the normal map by adding more markings.
  69. - "CZ-75 AUTOMATIC" has been redone:
  70. * Now uses a completely new model that is based off the CZ-75 itself instead of the ever-so-ugly CSGO travesty.
  71. * Now uses the much better default CZ-75 animations instead of CZ-75 Auto.
  72. * Completely rebalanced it; now has much worse accuracy and less handling than the default CZ-75, but it has slightly better vertical recoil while worse horizontal and has a magazine of 20 rounds.
  73. - "Beretta 92FS" has been redone:
  74. * Now uses another model and textures by "FadingSignal", all credits go to him.
  75. * Said model is an actual proper Italian Beretta 92FS, with markings to indicate it is so.
  76. * Variant 2 is the same, but uses INOX and has red sights.
  77. - "Beretta Px4 Storm" has been improved:
  78. * Moved the Ironsights' Front Dot a bit more up, should give better visibility.
  79. * Changed the markings to something more fit to Europe, which is Italian. In other words, removed the "Beretta USA Corp."
  80. * Also improved the markings, the most obvious would be on the "BERETTA" text in the left slide, the Px4 Storm on the grip is now face-out instead of face-in, European markings with slightly worn filling in it.
  81. * Slight improvements on the specular, the sharp text should be more defined and the grip will have better details.
  82. * Now uses proper textured 9x19 bullets.
  83. - "Beretta M9" has been redone:
  84. * Now uses real markings instead of game-made ones.
  85. * Improved the specular, this is easily noticeable on how the gun doesn't look "bubbly" when aiming, the sights being less shiny to avoid glaring issues as well as spring rod (visible when your gun is empty) being properly shiny.
  86. * Heavily improved the "P. Beretta" logo on the grip.
  87. * Now uses proper textured 9x19 bullets.
  88. * Fixed some bugs that the diffuse texture had, specifically...Overdarkened magwell, badly baked detail map.
  89. - "Glock 17" has been retextured:
  90. * Texture is no longer extremely dark, it should be a bit more lighter while still having dark contrast like the real gun itself.
  91. * Fixed parts that were pitch black, such as the two buttons on top of the trigger.
  92. * Text no longer looks like it is darkened by a sharpie.
  93. * Improved the iron sights by not making them look like tetris blocks and reducing its highlight a bit.
  94. * Heavily improved the Specular Map by making the slide not be so bright, slightly darkened the grip and made the barrel and metallic parts have proper shine.
  95. * Fixed smoothing errors, again.
  96. - "FNP-45" has been redone:
  97. * Much better texture, black frame with stainless steel slide. Variant 2 uses FDE texture and has orange tritium sights.
  98. * Normal Map has been fixed, also heavily improved by giving it markings.
  99. * Heavily improved the specular, the plastic shines like it's almost brand new and the metal is as metallic as it will get.
  100. * Fixes for the meshes, this includes smoothing errors and bad UVs.
  101. - "FNX-45" has been redone:
  102. * Completely new model & texture! All credits go to "samindeed".
  103. * Now differs between models: Main variant is default FNX-45, Variant 2 is FNX-45 with integrated sights and uses FDE texture, Variant 3 is a FN 509 that uses 9mm and has a red sight scope.
  104. * All FNX variants now don't have silencer attached by default, you must acquire the GemTech silencer.
  105. - "Fort-21" has been redone:
  106. * New model with much better detailed texture. All credits go to "ajuhorov".
  107. * Said model is a classic Jericho 941, which I have modified to make it resemble Fort-21.01 better.
  108. * Further balanced it out, it should be a way much better CZ-75, making it worth the buy. After all, only Nimble sells it.
  109. - "PM" has been redone:
  110. * Fixed the normal map, it still had some issues.
  111. * Heavily improved the specular, each piece should be unique now. This is prevalent on the magazine, barrel, grip, frame and slide.
  112. * Fixed smoothing errors, again.
  113. - "Sig Sauer P220" has been redone:
  114. * Texture has been heavily improved; better details (especially on markings), improved coloring (especially on slide), magazine is now bright metal, etc.
  115. * In turn, also heavily improved Specular Map by making metal shine better and more uniform.
  116. * Fixed the bullet being nothing but pitch black, now has proper texture, normal map and specular.
  117. * Balance-wise, the P220 now has a capacity of 8 instead of 7.
  118. - "Browning HP Mark III" has been redone:
  119. * Fixed some nasty smoothing errors that were leftover, this is easily visible on the left side of the slide at the end of the marking.
  120. * Further more improved the specular; Dull Metals (safety slide, mag release, ironsights) are now not so shiny, grip has an even better shade to it, the magazine is properly shiny and there's now some minor Wear&Tear.
  121. - "OTs-33 Pernach" has been redone:
  122. * Lightened the gun up, it should look better and not overly-dark.
  123. * Slight improvements in textures, this is mostly visible on the specular map.
  124. * Intricate tritium sights added, a bright red front and a very subtle dark green on the rear.
  125. * Now uses much better animations from PM instead of the very basic, robotic vanilla ones.
  126. * Rebalanced it so it's almost a direct upgrade of the APS, the only negative is much worse reliability.
  127. - "GSh-18" has been redone:
  128. * Minor improvements on textures, namely it should be way less overdarkened. Bullet has been heavily improved.
  129. * Heavily improved the specular map by removing the "noisy" texture on the slide, it should now be smooth. Also made the slights less brighter.
  130. * Rebalanced, it is now a more accurate, higher capacity (18 vs 16) and faster-firing Walther, but also has less handling, slightly worse recoil (especially horizontal), is slightly more expensive and has less reliability.
  131. * "Gsh-18 (custom)" now has the same stats as the default Gsh-18, the only difference is texture and tritium sights.
  132. * Fixed smoothing errors, again.
  133. - Rebalanced the "FN Five-seveN" so it doesn't have extremely slow firerate, but also reduced its handling and accuracy.
  134. - Berettas now have more accuracy, while the Glocks have less yet more handling. Berettas have less recoil but more when continuous fire, Glocks have more recoil but less when continuous fire.
  135. - "Walther P99" now has a bit more accuracy, it's only a bit worse than the recently-rebalanced Glock 17. It also has less recoil. Also, Variant 2 uses the same normal map as Variant 1.
  136. - Small improvements for the "M45", namely adding more markings, especially visible on the grip which now properly has Pachmayr logo.
  137. - Small improvements for the "SIG Sauer P320 RXP", namely slightly better specular.
  138. - Minor balance changes for the Beretta series, namely, the M9 is a bit less reliable than the 92FS, Px4 Storm doesn't have incredibly low recoil compared to the rest but is still a bit lower than.
  139. - SW659 now uses same firing sound as HPSA, since they both use 9mm. P229 and P320 share the same firing sound as the CZ-75 due to using 9mm. (Sound changes back when upgrading to .45 ACP)
  140. - The [PATCH] files are now DLTXified, this will avoid any silliness. Only negative is needing the DLTX files. Big thanks to "Momo" for this. Also thanks to "Dhatri" for updating them to the current latest.
  141. - Updated "NPC Autoinjector" to the latest version.
  142. - Fixed the size of Silencers, some were too big, some too small. This includes...Beretta Series, HP Browning, Sig Sauer Series, CZ-75
  143. - Fixed the Silencer Icons being misaligned.
  144. - Fixed the Muzzleflash and Spent Case for all pistols, in first-person and third-person both.

  149. - New weapon! The "HS2000". This replaces the ugly unfit American Sub-Compact XD9 with a proper Croatian HS2000, actually the HS-9 4.0 G2 (which is the civilian market version), pistol.
  150. * Balance wise, it is the best Glock-type of weapon you can get, with the only negatives being bad continuous fire recoil, heavier weight and being expensive.
  151. - New addon, "HS2000 Stainless Steel Slide", changes the HS2000's slide to a bright Stainless Steel.
  152. - Fixed 1911 and 1911A1 icons not changing if using either of the addons.
  153. - Fixed "EFT Reposition Patch" using an outdated weapon config of the 1911s.

  161. All 1911s have been resized to be better in proportion (At least to Vanilla Anomaly hands)
  162. All 1911 world/third-person models have also been heavily optimized.
  163. - 1911 "Classic" has a better specular map, making it less shiny yet more detailed and more worn as it should be.
  164. - 1911A1 has been overhauled:
  165. * New model, credits go to "Tripwire Interactive". (The old model had rather bad proportions sadly, so I had to change it)
  166. * It's now a "deep blued" texture, which would fit the civilian Colt Government production better.
  167. * Some minor balance changes include 1% worse handling but 20+ faster RPM due to smaller trigger.
  168. - Fixed the M45A1's addon textures having the slide catch use the wrong texture.
  169. - SW 659 has been overhauled:
  170. - It's now called the 659, uses 9mm and has balance changes to it. Can be upgraded to .45 ACP turning it into a 645 lookalike.
  171. * Model smoothing has been fixed, it had some errors. Also resized it just like the rest of the 1911s.
  172. * New texture, it's no longer a blued/cyan, instead, stainless steel just like any other SW 659
  173. * Fixed and improved the normal map, the biggest change would be having a much better specular and a diamond pattern on the grip.
  174. - Coonan .357 texture fixed and improved. Added slightly more details. (Cracks on grip removed, they made no sense anyway)
  175. - SVI Infinity texture fixed and improved, it shouldn't be extremely overbrightened either. Normal map has also been fixed.
  176. - Added patch for "Mags Redux".
  177. - New addon, "M1911 Classic Texture", changes the 1911 to have a classic Clear Sky type of texture, with darkened grip and lighter, slightly blued metal.
  178. - New addon, "M1911A1 Classic Texture", changes the 1911A1 to have a classic Shadow of Chernobyl type of texture, with blackened grip and a slightly darker brushed steel metal.
  179. - Fixed missing sound commentary on the CZ-52.

  181. - "MODDING GUIDE" now details how to higher or lower the intensity of the tritium sights' illumination.

  185. - MP-412 has been rebalanced:
  186. * Position has been changed to be on par with the rest of the pistols by default.
  187. * Now shoots slower with worse handling, but has amazing accuracy and reliable recoil.
  188. - Upgrade scheme changed, it basically further specializes the gun itself for either close range or long range.
  189. - Improved and fixed "Strayer Voigt Infinity" texture.
  190. - Fixed some of the "purple bullets" that appear in descriptions to denote attachments not appearing properly. (Specifically, Colt series pistols, Fort series pistols)
  191. - The new Fort-17 had parts missing, this has been fixed. Thanks to KronQ for the fix.

  194. [ "That One Big Update" ]
  195. - Most "_bump" textures have been updated, this means that most won't have that ugly compression artifact pattern. Also some had the wrong Y channel, this has been fixed.
  196. - Icons coding (in the ltx files, not the script itself) has been improved, should be more stable now.
  197. - A "MODDING GUIDE" has been added, right now it will guide you on how to change (change, not add) or remove Tritium Sights.
  198. - New weapon! The Fort-17, with improved model smoothing and a slightly better texture. Credits go to "Vostok Games" for the original model.
  199. * In terms of balance, it is lighter, faster firing more reliable than the Fort-12, but also has slightly worse accuracy and recoil.
  200. - New weapon! The Fort-21.01, which is a copy of the Jericho 941. Credits go to the company "1C Game Studios".
  201. * For balance, this one only uses the 9x19 and it can upgrade to .45 ACP. It is the fastest firing 9x19 (and possibly .45 ACP) pistol one can get. It also has a peculiarly made tritium.
  202. - New weapon! The "USP Compact", a true classic of the STALKER series games. Credits go to "alankailei" and big thanks to "Jurkonov" for providing it as a gift.
  203. * For balance, it's an alternative to the USP itself that has less weight, is faster and has amazing handling but slightly worse recoil, accuracy and a magazine of mere 8 rounds instead of 10.
  204. - Comes with an addon, "USP Compact Tritium", which has faint green tritium sights.
  205. - Comes with an addon, "USP Compact Two-Tone", which makes the slide stainless steel and the grip a brighter gray with subtle blue tint. This is meant to match with the classic "UDP Compact" from Clear Sky and Call of Pripyat.
  206. - New weapon! The USP45. Or well, a complete redo of the USP45 itself. Uses a new, much better model made by "voronin-37".
  207. - MP-412 REX has been overhauled:
  208. * New model that is much better and smoother.
  209. * New texture that gives it a dark design, with a blued metal and some worn to it.
  210. * New normal map that is much better, sharper and has a Specular making the metal look properly shiny while the grip is matte.
  211. - Makarov PB has been overhauled, somewhat:
  212. * Model optimized from 20k tris to 10k while keeping good quality.
  213. * "Custom" Tritium has been fixed, it shouldn't have a weird ghostly effect anymore.
  214. * "Custom" variant has a whole new texture to really indicate it's new while still a bit worn.
  215. * Some minor balance changes for the "Custom" variant, including more accuracy, faster firing and better reliability, but no longer has the 3-round burst upgrade by default.
  216. - "Beretta Px4 Storm" has been overhauled:
  217. * Now uses real markings instead of game-made ones.
  218. * The "Hammer Pin" is now properly modeled in.
  219. * Slide has been overhauled, it is now dark and not as reflective but still clearly metallic. Also has a less dirty appearance and a cyan tint
  220. * Bolt has a better, less dirty specular and a darker appearance with purplish tint.
  221. * Sights, Safety Switch, Hammer and parts of the Slide are now a slightly less shiny metallic black.
  222. * Magwell and Trigger are now polymer as it should be.
  223. * Magazine is slightly darker.
  224. * The Grip is now not as dirty and has a slightly better shine to it.
  225. - "Fort-12" now has a brighter metal by default, "Two-Tone" remains unchanged and "Dark Tone" addon has been added.
  226. - "Browning HP Mark III" was way too dark, it has been brightened a bit.
  227. - "MP-443 Grach" had too much specular, especially on the sights. This has been fixed while still keeping a "shiny metal" look to it.
  228. - "OTs-33 Pernach" had too much specular, especially on the sights. Receiver & Slide is now slightly less shiny and the sights have better visibility.
  229. - Fixed the normal map on the "M45A1", the initials to the left of the slider should be looking much better. It also no longer has a wonky texture on the slide stop.
  230. - "M45" had the texture overhauled, it now has much better Diffuse and Normal Map, with visible markings fit for an M45 and no ugly jaggies from the Specular. It also no longer has a wonky texture on the slide stop.
  231. * Also has a new addon, "M45 Darken", this darkens the whole gun except for the Barrel, Trigger and Magazine.
  232. - "M1911A1" texture has been overhauled:
  233. * "Blueing" has been made subtle since it was too much. Also, Magazine is no longer blued.
  234. * Fixed the Normal Map. Also, much better specular map so it's not an overly-bright checkered mess.
  235. - Desert Eagles now have no tritium sights, by default. It can be "restored" by using an addon right in this mod itself.
  236. - "USP45" texture has been overhauled:
  237. * Turned from pitch black to dark gray, with a very slight tint of blue. This makes it closer to the original German export variant.
  238. * A much better serial number text.
  239. * Slightly better normal map and specular map, especially for the marking and lettering.
  240. - Also, fixed the hammer looking a bit wonky.
  241. - "USP45 Tactical" texture has been overhauled:
  242. * Darkened it a bit, it's still brighter than the rest of the guns, this should give it an uncanny variety.

  261. - Russian Translation has been redone by "Lord_Zhaben", it should be much more accurate now.
  262. - Makarov has been redone, it uses the same model but now has much better texture and shading.
  263. * Variant 2 "Custom" is now a Walther PPK instead, chambered in 9x18 Makarov. The idea is that it's a "Western Makarov" type better fit for "Sharpshooters" due to its high accuracy but low handling and magazine size.
