Incident blue on blue - I was attacked in 5btk yesterday

bp920091 I had an incident in 5btk yesterday.. Some 4 week old goon decided he entered a haven site before me, even though I was already 90% aligned back to Keepstar when he warped in, jumps on local tells me to get out!, then yellow boxes my nyx and then starts popping my heavy fighters.. I didnt retaliate.. Just replied to him in local telling him to stop killing my fighters. Couple ascee guys chimed in on local supporting me... I kept my cool, and told him to reimburse the price of the fighters or I would take this further with my diplo. In the end he gave me 180m which I accepted.

 I copied the chat log..

Anyways, today I was telling Theta wat happened... I said I didnt want to bother Theta with it at the time, even though I was on comms... They said I should have..

Also a TNT diplo contacted me and I have saved that chat log too. He wants me to report itr to my diplo because looking at 5btk, these new guys are causing more issues with bullying tactics in that system... They are new to the system and seemed to be trying to flex their mucsles in there... Today a TNT had his fighters popped by a ECCP titan, Im not sure of the circumstances but it might be another case of these TNT chinese guys causing issues.

Duncan Dainese > Hi Mate, I did get reimbursed after the event.. I had to threaten him for the isk that I would report him if he didnt reimburse. My concern is that they will continue this sort of thing in the system. That Rag today killed some TNT fighters. Im not sure why? But if it was in retaliation to a similar event that occurred to me, then thats a concern...
Demir Uthred > I understand that you were reimbursed, but that behavior was unacceptable and I don't want it to create animosity between TNT and GSF. As well, I think it's your obligaiton to report it, there's pretty clear indicators they have a history/will keep doing this, I highly suggest you help resolve it, because lord knows people are lazy as shit.
