- Description: The victim was hanging out with Bishop, who was on parole after serving a little over a year in prison for robbery, when he began punching her, before r*ping her. He then began to punch and kick her until she lost consciousness. Bishop fled, but then returned with a witness, who heard Bishop say: “She was a white girl. She deserved it because us minorities have been through slavery. This is what they used to do to us. This is what they did to us during slavery. They used to beat us and whip us.” The victim suffered a broken nose and teeth, among other injuries.
