- Alexithymiaa: -Jade sat at a table in the Subway section of the food court, a half eaten sandwich in front of her on the table and her phone nestled in her hands, her eyes staring down intently into the screen. She tried her best to block out the noise of the bustling mall, not daring to look away from her phone as she just browsed Tumblr because that's what she does.-
- Tsaaq: Hayley leaned against the escalator as it ascended to the upper level where the food court had been. With her headphones in she looked around at the other people and scoffed a bit as she shoved through a group standing near the escalator, heading towards the first seat she could and propping her feet up as she checked a message on her cellphone.
- Alexithymiaa: -Crossing her legs one over the other, she tapped her foot through the air, lowering her phone slightly to watch the petite girl walk by her to sit down at a nearby table. She immediately dropped her eyes away from her, focusing again on her phone without actually looking at the screen because she wasnt going to stare.-
- Tsaaq: She scoffed and rolled her eyes from what she read and angrily sat up to put her phone back in her pockets. Hayley sighed a moment, looking over at the other female then shrugged since she didn't seem disruptive or annoying. She resumed propping her feet on the table once more, seeing one of the employees in Subway glaring.
- Alexithymiaa: -Jade glanced up from her phone again, catching the Subway employee glaring across the tables. She turned her head to look over at why this fuck was being a fuck, looking at Hayley with her feet propped up. She smirked, beginning to let out a small laugh before diverting her eyes again.-
- Tsaaq: Hayley yanked out one of her earbuds. "What?" She asked angrily with her eyebrows furrowed. // "Do you do that in your house?" The employee asked angrily while grilling her. // She scrunched up her face into a sneer. "Yes." She answered curtly in an irritated monotone before staying in her positon. // "Okay well that's not how Subways wants you to sit in the food court, please."
- Alexithymiaa: -Overhearing this ridiculousness, she started to laugh again, trying to cover her mouth with her hand to hide her amusement, but this shit was too fucking funny and she was failing at hiding her laughter.-
- Tsaaq: "Really? Well Subways can eat a bag of dicks." She said softly with a raise of her eyebrows then pretended to look at her phone while listening to the other bitch laugh. "Are you laughing at me?" Hayley asked with her expression hardening, moreso than before. The employee went to go b'aw at his manager about Hayley.
- Alexithymiaa: -Her smile faded off her face, her eyes staring at Hayley as she shook her head. "I was laughing at how pathetic the Subway employees clearly are. Why do they even care?"-
- Tsaaq: Her face fell a moment since that wasn't the response she was expecting. Hayley found herself caught off gaurd and slouched a little more in her chair. "Oh... Yeah, I guess when fucking losers get behind a counter they feel important." She said with a shrug.
- Alexithymiaa: "It's the name tag and logo cap. It gives them a self of empowerment you can only get from working in the worst parts of the food industry." She smirked again, sitting up a bit straighter in her chair and laying her phone down in front of her.-
- Tsaaq: "Yeah..." Hayley trailed off and looked down at her phone one more time. "Well I'm pretty sure they said Subway gives you cancer so they're only part of the problem." She said with a tilt of her head, glancing at the bastards at the counter again. She pursed her lips and slid her feet back and forth while looking at them cause fuck them.
- Alexithymiaa: "It does?" She looked down at her half consumed sandwich, pursing her lips before pushing it away across the table. "Remind me not to ever eat here again."-
- Tsaaq: Hayley glanced at her food as well and frowned a bit. "I don't know how you ate here before you knew that..." She murmured before crossing her arms over her chest.
- Alexithymiaa: -She shrugged her shoulders, tossing back her straight hair over her shoulder. "I was hungry... and it was better than McDonalds."-
- Tsaaq: "I guess." She said with a unconvincing shrug. "Everything kills you in it's own way." Hayley said quietly as she lowered her voice and frowned.
- Alexithymiaa: "Not if you kill it first." She said in return, picking her phone back up to scroll through her own blog, looking it over.-
- Tsaaq: Hayley looked over at her a moment and pursed her lips. "Somebody already beat me to the punch." She said after looking away.
- Alexithymiaa: "You seem alive to me..." She muttered, not really knowing what the fuck Hayley was talking about.-
- Tsaaq: She forced out a laugh. "Yeah totally." Hayley said sarcastically before sitting up, finally taking her feet off the table. "I didn't mean it like that, forget it. It's whatever." She said, waving her hand at her.
- Alexithymiaa: "Right..." She looked back down at her phone, flicking her thumb over the screen to scroll quickly, toying with her tongue ring between her teeth absently.-
- Tsaaq: "Yeah..." Hayley trailed off and just sort of sat there thinking and saying nothing with her arms crossed.
- Alexithymiaa: -She lifted her eyes to look at Hayley again, studying her for a moment before giving in to her mother's request that she at least try to make friends. "I like your shirt..."-
- Tsaaq: She snapped out of her trance and looked over at Jade then down at the shirt. "Oh, thanks." Hayley said before biting the inside of her cheek while nodding. "Trash and Vaudeville, it's this store in St. Marks in New York." She started to explain.
- Alexithymiaa: "I don't know it." She paused, raking her long nails down through her hair. "You're from New York?"-
- Tsaaq: Hayley shook her head. "I'm from New Jersey but my mom and dad took me there once cause they knew I was into that stuff. It's really just a drive away." She shrugged. "It's like a place with goth and punk shit. It costs a lot but it's pretty worth it cause the clothes last you."
- Alexithymiaa: "I'll have to remember to take the trip next time my parents go. It's not that far from where I live. Lived?" She raised her brows, trying to figure out if she considered PA her home still.-
- Tsaaq: "Yeah it's a pretty cool place." She nodded her head at her. "You guys moved or something when you started school?" Hayley awkwardly with her eyebrows furrowed.
- Alexithymiaa: "No, just me. My parents still live in Philly. I lived in Philly..." She trailled off and hunched down in her chair, refusing to go join Hayley at her table and just talking across the fucking food court.-
- Tsaaq: She nodded her head. "Oh... Got it." Hayley said before feeling her phone vibrate and glanced at the screen a moment then looked away. "So like the place... With the bell?" She said awkwardly.
- Alexithymiaa: "Yeah... the place with the bell...." She rolled her eyes, pushing up to her feet and planting her boots down ont he probably sticky floor. "And better food than any place here."-
- Tsaaq: "I used to be really into food. Now I don't really care about food." Hayley said somberly as she stayed in her seat, not noticing the other female standing.
- Alexithymiaa: "I cared about it back there when it was good. The food isn't worth caring about, here." She grabbed her bag from the chair, hitching it up onto her shoulder and looking at Hayley. "Well... I'm going home...."-
- Tsaaq: Hayley sighed and looked down. "Nothing is worth caring about here." She replied, toying with her own fingers and glanced at Jade one more time. "Okay." She said. "Be safe..." Hayley kept her gaze on the floor.
- Alexithymiaa: "Yeah... you too." She turned away from Hayley, tossing her hair over her shoulder and walking her ass through the food court, pulling her trench coat closed around her body and pulling her phone from her purse to call a cab and go home.-
- Tsaaq: She stayed seated in the food court, probably until the mall closed because Hayley really didn't have other places to be, or that she wanted to be at.
