- 15 minutes amrap of single arm hang clean and jerk * burpee penalty for every break you do:
- - 1st break = 5 burpees
- - 2nd break = 10 burpees
- - 3rd break = 15 burpees
- - etc. every next break is +5 burpees

- 3 sets
- 20 single arm hang snatch
- 10 burpees
- 3 sets
- 30 single arm hang clean and jerk
- 15 push ups

- 40 hand to hand swing
