  51. On March 21, 1963, the inmates and guards at Alcatraz prison mysteriously disappear. To cover up the problem, the government reports to the public that the prison has been closed because of unsafe conditions. A secret government unit was set-up to find the prisoners. Now, in the present-day, the inmates begin returning - unaged and unaware of where they have spent the missing decades - and continue their criminal ways. They are acting out of character and appear to be searching for specific objects. A federal agent employs a police officer and a conspiracy theory novelist to help track them down.
  52. Switching between eras, Alcatraz focuses on the Alcatraz prison, which was shut down in 1963 due to unsafe conditions for its prisoners and guards. The show's premise is that both the prisoners and the guards disappeared in 1963 and have abruptly reappeared in modern-day San Francisco, where they are being tracked down by a government agency.

I really really liked this show, it was a cool plot with actors that are familiar to me (Jorge and Sam).I watched it every week waiting to see what past criminal they would have to face and what threat they would pose, but alas the w**kers at FOX cancelled it. I recommend to anyone that liked Lost to watch at least the first 5 episodes of this then if you still don't like it fair enough but I loved this show and I don't care if they only make one more season, all I ask is that you let it have an ending instead of pulling it off the air. As I said earlier watch a few episodes and I can almost guarantee you will get hooked. Great show, could of been slightly better by upping the ante. I'd give it a solid 8 out of 10.
  54. I love the cast it had me watching it without taking my eyes away. I got the storyline but I could see where others may not. It is a first run of the show so therefore you must give it sometime, but I really liked it. The cast was not bad and the direction was great. I don't know if the show will get to 5 seasons but it is a great show. Its very unique from someone like me that only likes Sons of Anarchy, Modern Family. I will be adding this to my list of shows to watch. Many things going on at the same time as the story develops the first time. It has some CSI mixed in with some Castle mixed in with some Law and Order in my opinion at least.
