Moe, once again, oversteps his power

This is due to the fact that everyone in the channel is voiced or has some kind of higher status, except for me. Of course, Moe continues to be selective against me having the ability to talk in certain channels. Earlier this year, Moe took away my voice status in #Voat (see previous post on /v/IRC), even though it doesn't technically prevent me from talking.
