I am sorry that you felt you needed to leave. I do not, however, think it is appropriate for you to go immediately to Winter's Discord and start bad-mouthing me, or my Discord. I understand, like everyone, that people have bad days and sometimes need to vent. My only rule on the subject was that people not do it in the main channel, as in addition to hosting my family, the Discord also hosts my new guests, and I want to present a warm and happy environment to build rapport. I am sorry that rule offended you, and wish you the best in your endeavours. I will still stream Elite Dangerous and other space games for you from time to time if you'd like to stop in. I left because I need time to think and winters was to vent. I'm not the only one holding these opinions in and it's causing a lot of issues. It's been a shit week and I've dealt with a lot and it's piling up too much. I do regret putting it in his discord rather than just pming it but I'm tired as fuck right now and no one will talk about anything and it's killing me. I haven't cried from stress in a while but with all this it's dragging me down. I don't know how to organize what I want to say but I know a lot needs to be talked about in all aspects and I'd like to try to sort things out with you if you're willing to

I am always willing to discuss things, but you have to keep something in mind: I'm in a very delicate position. While I love each and everyone of my crew members regardless how active they are, I also have to keep growth in mind, as I love streaming for you and everyone else and would love to continue to grow and make a living doing this. That's the main and only reason I request depressing conversation be kept out of the main deck. Believe me there are times I slip up to, and I try to catch myself and just shut up before I vent too much; I usually PM someone to talk when that happens.
So if you think we can talk things over with that rule in mind, then fantastic!

I can try, but the venting isn't the only thing. I get you wanna grow your community and I try to follow that rule but I slip a lot. I'm not good at noticing or remembering things and need to be told, that goes for when I'm being an asshole to you. I really don't catch myself when it happens and I've been trying to work on it, but I still need to be informed when I'm slipping
