Hey guys, how’s it goin?

I barely put myself any closer to achieving my goal in Nintendo Puzzle Collection PDP Easy mode in the 1300+ tries I’ve undertaken since my November 2017 time that took 13 tries to attain. To quote one of the community’s veteran runners, “Easy mode is cancer.” Yeah, I can safely say that the mode would never fly at AGDQ. There’s still more to do, however, and I’ll get to it again this week.

Two weeks remain to sign up for the Pokemon Puzzle Challenge speedrun tournament next month! We have four people officially entered. Make sure that you follow ALL of the steps on the signup page to be successfully entered. Again, I’m still looking for volunteers to help run the tournament! On Saturday, I brought an old dinosaur-based platformer back to a marathon for the first time in three years. The Land Before Time GBA was ran at Licenseathon (twitch.tv/licenseathon) organized by Jak8. My actual time was 10:39 (record is 9:36), but the marathon somehow dropped enough frames as they were watching it to record it at 10:22. I have no idea how that’s even possible. At least the runs I was able to catch looked entertaining enough. I especially liked American Gladiators and Steven Universe: Save the Light. Follow Licenseathon on Twitter to see when the videos get highlighted. There might be others I want to go back and see, as well. Maybe I can submit something else to it for next year. (Pokemon Puzzle Challenge, maybe?)
