If a jutsu uses a combination of two natures (ie: wood release used earth+water), categorize it separately and use a color of your choice.
  43.
  44.
  45. Background: Rena's true background is mostly kept hidden from others for the sake of keeping diplomacy safe between the Mist and Leaf. Her name is also hidden for the same reason; she is known as Rena Qilin.
  46.
  47. (Almost no one would know this; but basically she was orphaned from her family when a ship went awry from a raid brought by the enemy. When she was the only survivor that washed ashore, a Leaf Ninja had found her and taken her in as a child. From then on, she was raised as Rena Qilin to hide her former membership of the Hozuki clan.)
  48.
  49. As far as her 'false' background goes, Rena Qilin was a young orphan that had no real background to speak of. No super impressive clan or family, no notable achievements -- despite that, those few that knew of Renagetsu's true identity kept a keen eye on her throughout her development. She proved to be an incredible asset to the Leaf, and given her unique techniques and outstanding intelligence, was given the opportunity to join the ANBU Black-ops.
  50.
  51. Her service as an ANBU quickly dropped when her analytics and ability to gather, transfer, and coax out information was appreciated enough to place her as the head of the Konaha Torture and Interrogation Force.
  52.
  53.
  54. ---------------------
  55. WATER
  56.
  57. Hidden Mist Jutsu
  58.
  59. Ox->Snake->Ram
  60.
  61. Releases a mist to conceal the area. The mist is capable of being thickened based upon how much Chakra is placed into the technique, effectively allowing the user to conceal the area.
  62.
  63. -----------------------------------------------------
  64.
  65. Hydrification Technique: Blighted Torrent
  66.
  67. Dragon
  68.
  69. Rena causes her, or a clone's body to rapidly break down into a torrent of water, surging forwards to crash into her enemy before reforming. Missing this technique dehydrates her significantly, but landing a blow saps away the energy from its victim, allowing her to perform a quick finisher should it leave them open.
  70.
  71. ---------------------------------
  72.
  73. Blightwater: Push
  74.
  75. Ram
  76.
  77. Rena causes the water to rapidly turn to blighted water, which pushes the life force of victims out from their body. Once the water is separated from the body, the victim's life force will 'snap back' into them, causing a somewhat painful stunning sensation. Jutsu can be applied into the handseal before the next technique is cast, resulting in the water causing this effect. Push can also be used to push siphoned energy into a subject, rejuvenating and healing through draining a victum.
  78.
  79.
  80. --------------------------
  81.
  82. Blighted Water; Siphon
  83.
  84. Snake
  85.
  86. Rena causes the blighted water to rapidly absorb life force into it, doing the opposite of the pushing technique. This causes victims to rapidly wither away on impact; it is a slower technique that drains them over time, whereas the pushing technique is faster, but seldom lethal. Jutsu can be applied into the hand seal before next technique is cast, much like the version above.
  87.
  88. --------------
  89.
  90. Hydrification Technique: Water Gun
  91.
  92. Literal finger gun
  93.
  94. Fires a super-compressed 'bullet' of water, capable of piercing through subjects based upon how much chakra is used. One of the two Blightwater techniques may be combined with this to shoot a blightwater bullet.
  95.
  96. ---------------
  97.
  98. Hydrification Technique: Phantom Trail
  99.
  100. Snake ->Tiger
  101.
  102. By using the hydrification technique, Rena causes blightwater to rapidly escape from her body in an afterimage of herself. This creates a small 'clone' of herself that's left in place for about two seconds with each movement she makes. This can be used in tandem with jumping backwards, causing an afterimage of herself to crash onto a victim, or she may create a heavy trail of water based upon how much she has stored within her at the time.
  103.
  104. -------------------------
  105.
  106.
  107. Wild Water Wave
  108.
  109. Dragon -> Tiger -> Hare
  110.
  111. Expels a massive amount of water from the mouth. While the pressure is capable of knocking foes back, its greater use is for rapidly flooding the area with water.
  112. -------------
  113.
  114. Grasp of the Kraken
  115.
  116. Rat -> Snake -> Tiger ->
  117.
  118. Causes the water around the area to rapidly form thick, tangible tendrils. Tendril size is variable based on chakra, as is the limit, but Renagetsu generally keeps herself down to 4(with any more tendrils being too difficult to properly maintain.)
  119.
  120. -------------------
  121.
  122. Weeping Moon
  123.
  124. Monkey->Hare->Dragon
  125.
  126. Causes water around the area to rapidly begin coalescing into a large sphere above. The more chakra used, the more water is pulled into the sphere. Afterwards, the sphere explodes, scattering powerful water bullets that bludgeon and batter against everything within the area.
  127. ------------------
  128.
  129. Mud Clone
  130.
  131. Boar -> Snake
  132.
  133. Creates a clone of herself. The clone is capable of acting individually from herself, but is made of a special, sticky mud capable of gripping and hardening around victims that strike it.
  134.
  135. --------------------
  136. Hydrification: Swimming in the Earth
  137.
  138. Dog
  139.
  140. In short, Rena's body fuses with the groundwater of a sufficiently saturated area. If the area isn't saturated with enough water, Rena's body is capable of secreting the water necessary (at greater cost) to allow her to 'swim' through the ground or walls. As Rena swims through the earth, it's very visible; as water rapidly escapes her body to create very muddy and loose soil akin to quicksand.
  141. -------
  142.
  143. Hydrification: Sensory & Messaging
  144.
  145. Not necessarily a true Jutsu per se, but a technique developed from her Kekkei Genkai. Rena is capable of detecting anything found within water that she's in immediate contact with, and can likewise transfer messages through water to others.
  146.
  147. --------------------------------
  148.
  149.
  150.
  151. Lifeless Mire
  152.
  153. Dragon ->Monkey->Snake
  154.
  155. Rena causes the groundwater in an area to rapidly rise, if available. Alternatively, she may use this technique to cause water to sink into the ground, creating muddy terrain akin to quicksand.
  156.
  157.
  158. -----------------
  159.
  160.
  161. Earth Dome
  162.
  163. Snake -> Hands slammed on ground.
  164.
  165. Causes the ground to erupt in a massive dome of rock. The dome covers over a large area, leaving an empty space within it that's capable of acting as a prison. The dome may be half-opened to provide a wall instead.
  166.
  167.
  168. -----------------
  169.
  170. --------------------
  171. Primary Weapon: Weighted chains (A length of chain with two bludgeoning ends)
  172. --------------------
  173. Secondary Weapon(s): Tanto
  174. --------------------
  175. Tools: Senbon, Caltrops, Smoke bombs and poisons
  176. --------------------
  177. Personality: Renagetsu can be described as a bit of a callous, cold individual with a strong sense of gallow's humor. She seldom takes things seriously and tends to have a bit of a snide, almost condescending attitude towards those that would deny her. Despite that, Renagetsu is overtly polite and tends to be open to chatting when she can get the opportunity. It isn't uncommon for Rena to randomly bring up different factoids or random topics for the sake of breaking the ice.
  178.
  179. Rena can be described as an overtly friendly and polite person on the surface. She tends to be open to chatting and friendship, and it isn't really uncommon for her to bring up random conversation topics for the sake of breaking the ice. While collected on the outside, Rena is still a sadist, through and through. She may be collected on the outside, but like a true shark, she revels bringing harm to those that have wronged her.
  180.
  181. Now, while this might be described as spiteful towards her enemies; Rena somehow brings this to a new level, reveling in any suffering she brings upon the Leaf's enemies...and that's why her 'interrogation force' has 'torture' in its name.
