Pre-Bank 2: 1 Scout (#13) instead of 3 (#13, 14, 31)
-Menu saves 12.4 seconds
-Downside: You have to get the Attack Cube from this one scout and can't get a Refractor Ore or second Attack Cube (to skip Item Reuse Glitch).

Post-Bank 2: 1 Scout returns instead of 3
-Skipping 2 scout results saves 2.0 seconds

Total: -0.5 + 3.0 + 12.4 + 2.0 = 16.9s saved over 3 scouts and 1 Attack Cube
Attack Cube + Refractor Ore time save is hard to precisely quantify, but likely saves around 12 seconds if done well (so 1 scout route saves ~5 seconds over 3 scouts returning 1 Attack Cube and 1 Refractor Ore)
