TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

4:30 PM		Sonic Adventure 2 Battle - Hero Story

This is the working schedule to include if games run long, plus the setup in between each game.
This schedule is tentative to change based on played availability so as requested, you'll need to be free during the event time block.

I'm asking that each player be ready to go at the start of the game prior to your own in the likely even games run fast. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN THE DISCORD CHANNEL FOR YOUR RESPECTIVE GAME!  I want to make sure we can minimize the downtime between each game and have players ready to go. ====== YOUR STREAM SETUP
Please make sure you have your game as large as possible for easy capture into the restream for the stream watchers and commentators and ensure your timer/splits are on screen for timing and sync purposes.  Please make sure you have nothing overlapping the gameplay and all non-game sounds muted (mic, alerts, notifications, background sounds, etc)

====== RACE SETUP
Everyone race will be run via SRL so ENSURE you already have your SRL account information setup and ready to go prior to the event.  I (or someone working with myself) will create the race channel for you all to join your respective races.  Please be prepared and ready to go when your game is up.  Again as stated, please have yourself ready to go DURING THE GAME BEFORE YOUR RACE. Alternatively, in the event of any SRL technically difficulties, a countdown may be done via discord....

======= DURING YOUR RACE
Keep your mic muted, and only send game audio.  If needed, each runner of each race may be asked to perform a specific action at the start or early in their run to ensure a genuine live run.... Runs may be reviewed if needed in the event of any suspected non-authentic race activity...

====== POST RACE
After each race, the commentators may do a post game interview with the a couple of the top placers, time permitting. You aren't required to do this by any means if you don't want to.

The top 4 finishers of each race will move on to the FINALS on August 11th to compete for their share of the prize pool.
