--Introduction Part--
Introductions starts and Peko goes second. She starts with her usual greeting and saying that as a rabbit that writes poems everyday, she was aiming to take the number one spot.
Typical of her, she immediately tries to get a leg up on the competition by trying to butter up the judges, calling each of them cute. The judges jokingly give her a good evaluation while her competition is indignant. She follows this up by claiming that she's simply speaking her mind and that she always thinks the judges are cute. She then sets up a gag by insisting that the next person should absolutely not copy what she was doing (Lamy, the opportunist, immediately adopted the same tactic and also flattered the judges in her intro). Mio follows up here, mentioning that Pekora had already appeared in the haiku competition once before and hence knows that flattering the judges is important.
Rules are explained: It's a competition with three rounds with different themes, each competitor prepared multiple haikus for each round that will be presented to a panel of three judges. There are three evaluations Ryou (Red - Good), Bon (Black - Normal/mediocre), Hen (Blue - Odd/Unusual). Like before, uniqueness is the name of the game for this competition.

-- First Round, Theme: Tanpopo/Dandelions--
Pekora chooses to go with her first haiku:
お刺身の Osashimi no
飾りであるやつ Kazari de aru yatsu
むーしゃむしゃ Muusha-musha
The haiku roughly reads: "That thing used as a decoration for sashimi -- munch, mucnh". The last line is an onomatopoeia. It's usually just むしゃむしゃ (musha-musha), but pekora writes it as むーしゃむしゃ (muusha-musha), extending the first mu, the same way she sometimes does to her own name.
The haiku itself refers to the dandelion looking flowers you can see in japanese convenience stores or in restaurants, see picrel.
Her haiku gets everyone to laugh, to her confusion. She proceeds to explain that it's a haiku about seeing the sashimi and eating not just the sashimi, but the yellow flower decoration along with it (yes, the flowers are edible). Pekora also further explains that her approach to the whole "unique" thing is that instead of just going for dandelions in the haiku itself, she went for this instead.
Lui is slightly confused but quickly gets what Peko's referring to. She comments that pekora extending the first mu in the musha-musha gives really makes it pekora-like and gives a Hen.
When it's Watame's turn to judge, Pekora goes into the attack, seemingly trying to hypnotize the sheep by repeating the muusha-musha and mentioning that a sheep should understand the act of eating dandelions. Pekora inexplicably succeeds and gets a Ryou evaluation. Okayu comments that seemed like mind control.
Haato's up to judge. Again, pekora tries to score points, mentioning that sashimi can be used in Haachama cooking but quickly corrects herself when she realizes that Akai Haato was in the cards today. She gets a Bon in response.
Mio asks if Pekora wants to proceed to her second haiku, but she says its similar and passes on the chance.

This becomes the extended gag for the first round as Mio comes in, and hilariously, her first haiku is:
たんぽぽは Tanpopo wa
兎にやると Usagi ni yaru to
むっしゃむしゃ Mussha musha
Which you can roughly translate as "A rabbit given a dandelion, munch munch". Notably, her final line is the same as pekora (though without the vowel extension). Everyone immediately notices the similarities between Mio and Pekora's work and Pekora immediately accuses Mio of writing her haiku after seeing pekora's. Mio naturally denies it.
Haato comes in and praises Mio's use of Musha-Musha, giving her a Ryou, much to Pekora's indignance. Peko even points out that the reaction was completely different from hers.
Watame's turn and she contemplates if "Musha-musha" is getting trendy. She also gives a Ryou.
Lui comments on the creativity of the first and second line and agrees on that the Musha-Musha was great, again, to pekora's indignant shouts.

Despite the great reception, Mio proceeds with her second haiku:
おさしみだ！ osashmi da!
たんぽぽ見ると tanpopo miru to
よだれだば！ yodaredaba!
Roughly translating to: "Sashimi! When you look at the dandelion, you drool!". As everyone can see, it's also extremely similar to pekora's haiku, and at this point pekora's not even accusing anymore, she's sure Mio had used her work as reference. Mio is still denying all accusations, claiming that they're way of thinking is just similar. Pekora is still suspcious but agrees with the haiku itself.
This time, Lui gives a Hen while commenting she likes the Yodaredaba line. Haato gives a Bon, and notably Watame disagrees with the haiku itself, mentioning that one doesn't really drool at the yellow flower decoration, but Mio manages to convince her enough and Watame gives out a Hen.
Here, Laplus interjects and asks if getting a Hen evaluation is something to be thankful for. It is then pointed out that Hen isn't a bad evaluation and is in fact, a way to say that the haiku is unique.
Haachama comes to realize something, something that Watame had also seemingly realized early on, but doesn't expound. Watame mentions the yellow flower thing that Pekora first referred to in her first haiku and it seems everyone but Mio understands but chose not to mention it. Watame declares that she's waiting for a tsukkomi to come in and Lui decides to proceed with the event.

Thankfully, the tsukkomi comes quickly as the sashimi flower decor references continue with Lamy:
刺身から sashimi kara
たんぽぽはずす tanpopo hazuzu
晩酌日 banshakubi
This one roughly translates to "remove the dandelion from the sashimi, have an evening-meal drink". Lamy finally points out that the flower decor that usually comes with sashimi is in fact not a dandelion (which is correct, they're traditionally chrystantemums but they do look kinda similar, so the misunderstanding is understandable).
This starts an argument. Pekora and Mio insist it's a dandelion, Lamy, Hololive's liver and sake connoseur goes as far as to show off her knowledge as to why the flowers are even put in as decor. Lui mentions that the shape between the two are different and Lamy urges to search out Dandelions. Pekora is naturally conflicted and questions her knowldege when Laplus points out that she might have believed a joke/troll comment.

 -- Second Round, Theme: Hanami/Flower Viewing--
Pekora has three haikus prepped for this round and she intends to present each one. First up is a haiku for Lui.
朝六時 asa roku-ji
場所取りありがとう bashotori arigatou
鷹嶺ルイ takane lui
Which translates as "Takane Lui, thank you for saving a spot (for flower viewing) at 6pm in the morning". Which is pretty much literal. Pekora likely intends to highlight that she sees Lui-nee as a competent and reliable enough to entrust with the task but this backfires as the others claim that Pekora's taking advantage of her senpai status to get Lui to do it and Lui, in what can only be a moment of digging up old trauma, mentions that there's a possibility that the one who requested that a spot should be saved doesn't even come can happen, which pekora denies.

Peko gets a Bon from Lui and is now worried as she presents her second haiku, this one for Haato:
おいしいね oishii ne
みんな笑顔に minna egaoni
はあちゃまっちゃま haachama-chama
"It's delicious yeah? Everyone, with a smiling face, Haachama-chama!". She immediately admits to making the mistake of using Haachama because Haato's the one judging, tries to correct it on the spot, promptly fails, is helped by Lui suggesting Haato-sama as the last line. Haato responds, simply stating that yeah, it's not haachama. Pekora apologizes in panic but can't avoid Haato's Bon evaluation.

Pekora laments the evaluation, but seems confident as she presents her last haiku for the round; this time for Watame:
つのドリル tsunodoriru
桜散っても sakura chittemo
わるくないよね？ warukunaiyone?
Roughly means "Even if the Horn drill scatters the cherry blossoms, it's not my fault yeah?" or something along those lines. Both first and last lines are phrases Watame is known for.
Unexpectedly, dashing Pekora's hopes, Watame concludes that the Tsuno drill is indeed to blame for the cherry blossoms scattering. Peko and Wata then exchange a string of waruiyone and warukunaiyone. Watame is happy that she was referenced in the haiku but gives out a Bon.
At this point, Peko expresses that she just wants to go home, lol.

-- Third Round, Theme: Haru no Omoide/Spring Memories--
Okayu goes first. Her haiku is about pollen allergies, and how she's still fine for this year. Lamy goes second, continues the pollen allergy theme. On Laplus' turn, she breaks the pattern of the allergy theme, so when Pekora's turn comes around she's confused as to why she was placed after Laplus since her haiku is also about pollen allergies.
窓開け　Madoake
鼻水ずびずび　Hanamizu zubizubi
わーいわい waai wai
Which is basically just saying describing getting a runny nose due to pollen allergies when you open the window. Zubi-zubi and wai-wai are onomatepoeias that refer to that sound people make when they sniff, you know the one. Wai-wai just refers to something being noisy.
Despite the simplicity of the haiku, Pekora gives it a bit more meaning, citing her own experience of having a runny nose during spring like a lot of people but enjoying the warmth of spring regardless. Mio comments that it's very hololive-esque and likes its uniqueness. Watame finds it easy to understand and unique and punctuates her evaluation by saying her head is also going Wai-wai so she gives out a Hen evaluation. Lui comments that the second line referring to the runny nose gives a strong presenation of spring, she also comments that her head is also going wai-wai and gives out a Hen as well.
Haato is up and gives the most incomprehensible explanation that confuses everyone, the chat, and this anon -- this anon likes to take this as a sign that he is still fully sane and is thankful. Haato gets pekora to use all the onomatopoeia lines she's used so far, much to pekora's utter confusion, and Haato gives out a Hen as she is satisfied.

--Judgement--
Judgement time comes and Pekora wins.
She wins, and is suspicious of the cause, wondering if using the wai-wai line (this anon has fully given up on explaining the gag, his english is not equipped for this task) but Haato explains that the three haikus tailored to each judge during the Hanami round was what gave her the overall win. To note, during that round, the three judges gave her a Bon evaluation, so Pekora's surprised that's the reason for her victory and Laplus calls the judges tsunderes.

Additional Stuff and some trivia:
In the first round, Mio introduces Laplus as the Matsuo Basho of Hololive. Matsuo Basho is a famous poet in the Edo period and is known as the master of Haiku. When Laplus presents her very first haiku, everyone notes it’s a legit ass haiku, no jokes or gags, just a good haiku. Lap proceeds to do a lengthy explanation of her haiku which prompts Okayu to make a reference to Kawai Sora, Basho’s disiple.
Laplus has a few gags in the stream: She reacts with “Majika(Seriously)…?” when the others do something questionable, and her “Kore ha dese ne(So about this one)…” whenever she finishes a haiku and is about to start a lengthy explanation.
In the Hanami round, Mio uses karaage (deep-fried food), worrying Lui since she's a bird but Mio saves it by saying it's chicken. In that same haiku, Watame decides to make a deal, a Ryou for Mio's personally made Karaage and Mio accepts the deal (the competitors call that that's cheating). Haachama leverages this, ropes Mio into Haachama cooking for karaage and the Laplus mourns Mio's fate early.
Okayu putting in a cute "Fueee~" in one of her haikus. This gets used by Haato when judging Mio, getting Mio to aggree to put it in. Laplus immediately says she's perfectly willing to do the same, and the judges freely indulge in her round. Haato even request a sexy version of the "Fuee~". Laplus shows no hesitation and indulges the requests.
