▎PROFILE.
↳ BACKGROUND:
    + sunyoung grew up in the small country town jeonju with her two parents. she has a younger sister, sunhye, who she was very close to. sunyoung was always a theatre kid and loves singing in dramas. she grew up as a very musical kid due to her parents influence. music was an outlet for her to let out things she couldn’t say as she was a very quiet kid. she never spoke much and is quite introverted.
    + before sunyoung’s trainee days she was going to go to a music university. although she was inspired by the work ethnic and training of idols and decided to try it out when her friend convinced her. sunyoung didn’t make it but this sparked her interest and she kept trying. she made it into starship entertainment on her 8th try and was overjoyed. during sunyoung’s trainee days she excelled in vocals but was absolutely stiff and awful at dancing and rapping. her coaches always put her down as not versatile but sunyoung still tried her best. sunyoung to this day still isn’t the best at dancing but she does her best. sunyoung came out of her shell more in her trainee days and made good friends so that was an improvement.

    + positives: sunyoung is a diligent and quiet worker. shes definitely an underdog and works behind the curtains. she hates standing out and honestly would rather be in the shadows. she’s kind hearted like her name and a would rather help someone else out more than herself at hard times.
    + negatives: sunyoung is a huge pushover and a bad decision maker. she’s not good at speaking up so if she were ever put in a situation to choose something she’d let the other have the higher up. she’s well aware that she’s not the best at dancing ect and is quite insecure at that.
