[1/21/2015 2:26:40 AM] Scoots: Well, because of it's hindrance in it's terms of power compared to the Begger and default launchers, you can get kicked for having it if a team is full of snobs, but it's rocket jumping bonus and other bonus of allowing you to fill the Air strike with more rockets per kill make it a more accurate Begger's Bazooka!
