- 1. Fabrication.
- The first part of the program aims to group and improve techniques for extracting natural resources for the cult. This would be distributed to all forge worlds in one package. More efficient extraction and refining machines, Modules of practical modular engineering for the rapid construction of factories, forges, housing blocks etc... in a sturdy and inexpensive way. As well as logistical systems that only the mind of an Emperor's son with cybernetic enhancements could create.
- The part that helps our cause personally is the one that classifies population in this "package" as a resource. Using a system based on Vitae Womb (Artificial Wombs) technology. To increase the population of these worlds without decreasing their productive capacity. This would include a genetic map of the population to look for candidates compatible with the second legion's ascension methods, the result would be that the second legion would be the most numerous due to the wide access of candidates for the legion.
- 2. Expansion.
- The second part of this program is aimed at creating a domain around each forge world, this would include basic strategies to achieve this goal. The purpose of this is to create a bufferzone in all directions ideally controlling safe routes through Warp towards the world in question. This would create a better defense system for the worlds in question, plus the third part of this program is going to use these extra territories for something very important.
- This would help us personally because it would increase the amount of material available to build the weapons of war and power armor that we need more easily, in addition, these lookout posts would increase the defense of the forged worlds giving them time to respond to a possible invasion, as well as giving us more time for our reinforcements to arrive.
- 3. Consolidation.
- The third part of the program assumes that the bufferzone of the Machine God world in question would be complete. Either because the territories around the world in question would be part of the empire, or because maintaining a presence on the worlds in question would not be worth the investment of resources. What matters is that it is not possible to expand the border territory. In that case the texts included in that part of the program would involve achieving a specific objective.
- Create a capitalist relationship with imperial systems around the world in question. The lookouts would receive the necessary infrastructure to create commodities and machines of little importance, as well as factories capable of refining natural resources before being sent to the forge world. This process would allow the specialization of the cult worlds to produce tanks, infantry, ammunition etc... for the benefit of the Mechanicus, but without forgetting the products required by the emperor, for the rest of the empire. Without interfering with the efficiency or security of our worlds.
- Regardless of our opinion of the Emperor he still has nineteen legions under his command, provocation is not wise. Furthermore, trading with the rest of the empire would be beneficial in the long run.
- 4. Enhancement.
- Once again, the fourth part of this program assumes that as many industries as possible have been built in the forge world, plus a constant stream of resources from the empire is flowing into these forges. This part has the simplest and most straightforward goals. Establish noble houses on worlds within the bufferzone with the aim of creating an Knighthood Order for the forge world in question. The second objective would be to use the immense industrial potential of the forge world itself to create a Collegia Titanica. This would be considered the apex of a successful forge world.
- We will have more Knights and Titans to use in the crusade, glorious!
- 5. Spread.
- Finally the last part, the end of the program, the most sacred duty a Mechanicus priest can do, spread the Machine God's influence throughout the galaxy. This part would be responsible for introducing the parameters for colonization expeditions, based on the various factors relevant to this issue. Location of the possible new world forge, security would be necessary for keeping the location safe until the world can defend itself, leadership would be necessary for this expedition to succeed, among other factors.
- What matters is putting into the cult's mind the virtue of expanding across the galaxy without Tal0s being there to guide them. Remember that each world under Omnissiah's control, the more powerful the second legion will become, this last part is intended to automate this expansion process.
- First of all I would like to thank you if you read this far. Second I apologize for the grammar mistakes, English is not my first language. Third, the summary of this whole text, it is designed to increase the numbers of the second legion, and of the cult as a whole, as much as possible.
