- Description: The four were in a car when Powell, who was in a sexual relationship with Bobbie, got a call from another girl and announced she would be coming over, and that the 2 girls needed to leave. Bobbie refused to leave the car and, when Powell tried to force her out, Raquel tried to intervene and was threatened, before being shot in the head. Bobbie ran away but was chased down by Powell, who ignored her pleas and shot her 13 times, before fleeing in the car with his cousin Edwards, who was in a relationship with Raquel.
