  5.
  6. Aether: The ever-present magical field that permeates reality
  7.
  8. Aetheric Sea: The infinite buildup of Aether that exists outside shaped reality.
  9.
  10. Mundus: The shaped reality that is formed from Aether.
  11.
  12. Mundus Ajati: The pseudo-infinity of shaped reality that each universe, including planes, timelines, physical laws and Quanta, consists of. A catch-all term for each universe, which floats within the Aetheric Sea.
  13.
  14. Mundus Dhatu: A single world - typically an isolated planet, solar system, galaxy or plane - contained within the Aetheric Sea. Essentially a universe that consists of one feature, as noted previously. Notable examples include Synos, also known as the Battlefield of Deiim, and Moksha Loka, the world used as the meeting place for Raksha and the closest possible point to both Asura and the Deva.
  15.
  16. Akasha: A catch-all term for all beings formed of Aether
  17.
  18. Ajatakasha: The so-called "endless" beings formed of Aether. Consists of the Rakshasa, the Raksha, Asura and the Deva. Live within the Aether, and are traditionally unshaped until they step into shaped reality.
  19.
  20. Rakshasa: The weakest and most numerous of the Ajatakasha. Ranges from minuscule imp-like beings to gigantic monstrosities capable of tearing planets asunder. Also known as Aether Spawn.
  21.
  22. Raksha: The lords of the Ajatakasha. Impossibly powerful, though there are only a few in the entirety of reality. They have so much power that they can willingly portion off smaller parts of it to form Rakshasa, and can functionally do this infinite times. Also known as Aether Lords.
  23.
  24. Asura: The closest thing to a truly omnipotent, omnimalevolent god that can exist. A single, infinitely titanic being that towers over all of existence. By its will, reality turns on, and there is but one in existence due to its temporally disjointed nature. One half of the Godhead.
  25.
  26. Deva: The closest thing to a truly omnipotent, omnibenevolent god that can exist. Consists of an infinite number of beings which act as a hive mind. By their will, reality turns on, and there is but one collective in existence due to its temporally disjointed nature. One half of the Godhead.
  27.
  28. The Godhead: Truest omnipotence. Consists of two halves - Asura, the malevolent destruction, and The Deva, the benevolent creation.
  29.
  30. Akasha Dhatu: The so-called "limited" beings formed of Aether. Consists of Mortals, Gods, Angels, Demons/Devils and Deiim. All have defined shapes and functions.
  31.
  32. Mortals: People such as you or I, who have limited time in this world. Defined as any being with a body, a will and a soul, overriding and removing any other definitions such as "God", "Angel" or "Demon"
  33.
  34. Gods: The middle management of reality - there is one for everything, and they subside on belief. Most manage their subject well, ensuring it functions properly. Defined as any being with a will and a soul.
  35.
  36. Angels: The functionaries of reality - they carry out the actions as dictated by gods and, traditionally, battle demons and devils in the droves. Defined as any being with a body and a soul.
  37.
  38. Demons/Devils: The cleaners of reality - they destroy anything in their path, and, traditionally, battle angels in the droves. The names are often interchangable, though the name Demon has more recently been applied to the more lawless form which tends to spring up when a mortal casts aside their soul for more power, whereas the name Devil has been applied to the more focused form that spawns from shaped reality. Defined as any being with a body and a will.
  39.
  40. Deiim: The concepts of reality - each one is the pseudo-physical embodiment of a single concept, such as destruction, knowledge, illusion, wisdom, fire or magic. This is how they are defined, as well as how they are described.
