- This manip works for frames 0-2 on IGTs 9-12, which are the target IGTs of the Any% route (see here: https://pastebin.com/yJnfZbwF https://pastebin.com/EyichLaU). For all three frames, this manip works on IGT 13 as well, and frames 1 and 2 work with IGT 8.
- The advantages of this manip over the existing Any% R29 manip are that there's only one path to memorize with no A presses outside of the lab and no need to watch for NPC cues to determine which path to take. It's also faster than the existing manip by 5 frames due to targeting an earlier cluster of frames (the older manip targeted frame 6, while this manip targets frame 1).
- The disadvantages are that this manip has a smaller frame window (3 frames compared to the existing manip's 5 frame window), and isn't guaranteed to work in the full extended IGT window of the existing manip that covers "near misses" (the existing manip works for IGT frames 8-14). However, this manip does still work on several surrounding IGT frames, so there is still some insurance in the case of a "near miss".
- This manip expects the lab movement listed above (optimal path with one A press), along with buffered clearing of the lab aid's textboxes (holding A or B while the text is printing) and the rest of the setup from the Any% route linked above.
- Miscellaneous notes:
- - The last Up movement can be done 1 tile earlier with no effect on the manip.
- - Frames 1 and 2 can be confirmed by the lab aid's direction, but frame 0 must be checked after leaving the lab due to frame 3 having the same NPC cues.
- - This manip has the same target frame as R30¾ Manip (without Bitter Berry) and R32 Manip from the Any% Glitchless route, so the same offset can be used.
- - If you miss the frame window early, either you were actually early or you missed the checksum collision (causing a slight delay before you can load and making the target frames impossible to hit).
