1. Search for a good webhosting site. (ex. go daddy, 000webhost, etc)
2. Create account syempre
3. Create a good website name (example, paypal-authorize, paypal-security, etc.) Depends on what you want.
4. Download a fake paypal security page (i suggest search from google, private paypal scam, or you can download this file: https://www.upload.ee/files/7894540/New_Xbomber_scam_2018.zip.html)
PS: I used that fake phishing page last january, di ko alam kung up pa yang download site, if not, search on your own.
5. Upload the file on your webhost account
6. Extract the file (may makikita kayong .html doon)
7. then copy your website name then add mo yung .html, example if name ng .html is paypal. Then it should look like this. http://www.paypal-authenticate.phc.onl/#forbidden#/paypal
8. Then you are ready to go.Send mo nalang sa mga target emails via Mass mailer (need mo rin syempre ng email dumps)

PS:
-Pwede nyo rin palitan yung domain if gusto nyo, go search for a good domain or buy a new one
-Kayo na rin mag search ng mass mailer, I cant spoon feed you guys :P
