  2. Because student safety is our top priority, we need to inform you about an incident that occurred March 22 near Pflugerville High School.
  3.
  4. It was reported that a female PHS student was waiting to be picked up after a class at the driving school next to the Pizza Hut, located at 100 12th Street in Pflugerville. At approximately 7:10 p.m., an unidentified white male driving a pick-up truck approached her and repeatedly told her that she was โ€œcuteโ€ but that he was too old for her. The student walked away without responding. The man then screamed at the student and drove off.
  5.
  6. According to the student, the man was in his 50s with short gray hair, gray/blue eyes, slightly overweight, wearing an orange shirt. The truck is described as gray/brown in color, two-door with black handles. No other description is available at this time.

  8. We encourage you to use this opportunity to talk to your student about safety. Remind them not to talk to or approach strangers, to stay in groups when possible, and to be alert at all times.
