Overlay Editor --> (+) --> Static/Custom --> Custom Widget

2. Get API Key: https://openweathermap.org/api
Sign up for the free API.
Put the key into the widget settings

3. Set Location
chat command: !setlocation location
e.g. !setlocation Tokyo

4. Adjust to your liking with widget settings
