I want to start a company where I will have my own constructors (builders) of buildings, sending them to work to a company, me guaranteeing them the salary and the insurgency for eventually injures in work.

If the company pays like 15€ per hour, we will take 20% of. Once having more and more employers our earnings will increase.
Hopefully in 6 months after some ads of us, we will have min. 100 workers.
That means minim 100€ per hour, or maybe more.
