Skateboards move you faster, and let you take an extra hit, but you can't stop moving forward.
Fairies make you invincible
The reaper drains your stamina
Collect fruits for stamina. Sweet, sweet sugar.
Run out of stamina and you die.

Collect dolls only if you wish to continue past the goal. To unlock round 10, you must have collected all 36 other dolls. Cool.
