  1. --About a month ago, an unidentified person gained access to my PSN account through my Netflix account. This person purchased almost $200 worth of software, but the issue has since been resolved and I received a full refund from Sony.
  2. Now, whenever I try to log in to my PSN account, it says I've been banned for violating Playstation's Terms of Service.
  3. So I just had a chat with our friends at Sony about lifting the ban, and this was their response.
