They act as allies for most of the factions.

They act as both combatant and allies and suppliers for the USCPF. They are neutral-friendly with the CDF. The RCO are automatically hostile with any bandits that interfere with RCO duty.

They are allowed to guard the border, assist USCPF in attacks going South, and frequent Fort Shad.

The RCO are automatically hostile with any B3 that interferes with their work. They are combatants, allies, and suppliers for the USCPF. The RCO and MEB have had a rough history. The RCO and PRT secretly trade commercial goods, standing at a neutral-friendly stance.

RCO aren't allowed to go to the Southside due to the RCO and MEB having a rough history, that leaves the RCO only allowed to be in areas in the Northside.
