Copandon Event 2: Racketeering

Second Character Event:

Rance wakes up one morning to the sound of hammers. He goes outside and sees that some kind of arena is being set up. Copandon is standing there proudly and directing workers to build something.

Rance: Ugh…what’s all this racket Copandon?

Copandon: Hehehe…rackets indeed! I’m building a tennis court here in Owari!

Rance: Tennis huh? That takes me back. How did you know I liked tennis though?

Copandon: Don’t underestimate me Rance! I spent a lot of money, conducted interviews and did research. I know all your likes and dislikes! My sources are confidential though.

Rance: Don't do that. It's not appropriate for one of my women. By the way, I asked 3G for a tennis court months ago and he said we did not have the funds to spare for such a thing. How were you able to put the money together to build one?

Copandon: Some ex-Zeth noblemen moved out of the country and to one of the loosely ruled free cities. The noblemen were looking for some new female slaves. Meeting the demand, the Dott Trading Company furnished them with nets, equipment and personnel to capture some slaves from competing free cities. The noblemen paid us handsomely for the effort.

Rance: …No sex tonight.

Copandon: Wait, what?

Rance: You’re making money doing evil things. I’m not going to have sex with you tonight, and maybe never again. If you keep doing bad things, I’ll force you to watch me and Sill do it every night until you amend your ways.

Copandon: Whaaaaaaaat?  Since when did you care about how I made a profit? Why would you care about this anyways?  Sill is a female slave too!

Rance: It’s ok if I have female slaves because all of the beautiful women in the world belong to me. It’s EVIL and WRONG if those ugly scumbag Zeth noblemen have them. They are unimaginably cruel and abuse all their slaves.

Sill Plain: Raaaaance-sama! It’s a little bit late because I didn’t see you inside and had to look for you. I brought you some breakfast though!

Rance: Shut up useless slave! Don’t interrupt me!

*Rance hits Sill on the head*

Sill nearly drops the tray she is holding and a bunch of food spills on her kimono.

Sill: I just washed this...*sob* *sob*

Rance: Anyways, ponder what you’ve done wrong and repent. I don’t want one of my girls to be doing bad, evil things. Come on Sill, we’re going to have sex as punishment for you making my breakfast late and dirtying your clothes.

Copandon stands there in disbelief, staring forward with empty eyes and a blank expression as she wonders what exactly just happened.
