- ## Mechanics ##
- Innocence inflicts magic damage with his auto-attacks. ABCD marks should be placed intercardinally on the circle that runs inside the arena, [like so](https://i.imgur.com/MQWWjsM.png). The 1 marker is optional, but is helpful for tank position on a later mechanic. It should be placed on the circle as well, on the west side of the arena.
- **Winged Reprobation**
- Winged Reprobation is one of the main mechanic in the fight. Innocence will summon swords that fall onto the arena and do a mechanic, depending on what type of sword it is.
- **Tether**
- Two non-tanks are tethered to swords that drop in the arena. Once the tether expires, the sword will emit a line of small circle AoEs towards the player that fans out in three cardinal directions after it reaches the area the player was at when the tether resolves. Tethered players should take the tether to the opposite side of the arena away from the party such that the resulting AoEs do not hit the party.
- **Rotating AoE**
- A sword drops in the centre of the arena, which emits either two or three curved line AoEs. These AoEs will rotate clockwise or counterclockwise depending on which AoE it is. Later AoEs will have a safe spot around two-thirds of the way to the edge of the arena.
- **Line AoE**
- A sword drops at a cardinal edge of the arena, which shoots out thin line AoEs. Multiple AoEs happen in a row and they will change where they fire at.
- **Rightful Reprobation**
- The other main mechanic in the fight is Rightful Reprobation. Innocence himself will shoot out line AoEs towards the edge of the map. These will then linger before shooting across the arena the way they came, inflicting Physical Vulnerability down and dealing light damage, but increased if players are hit by more than one because of the debuff. There are two versions of this:
- + One side: Innocence will shoot 10 swords covering one quadrant of the map. When the swords return, they will cover that quadrant and the opposite quadrant.
- + Cardinal + intercardinal: Innocence will shoot 8 swords towards the cardinal and intercardinal edges of the map. When the swords return, they will have the same line AoE except doubled.
- **Shadowreaver**
- Raid-wide magic AoE dealing moderate damage.
- **Righteous Bolt**
- A high damage magic tank buster that inflicts Lightning Resistance Down II. As Innocence's autos are thunder magic damage, this is a forced tank swap, though one auto attack is not fatal.
- **Light Pillar**
- A line AoE stack marker on a random healer that must be shared by the party.
- **Drop of Light**
- Innocence will mark two players with large AoE markers. Players must take them away from the centre, as stacking two is likely fatal and the AoE will trigger Starbirth explosions.
- **Starbirth**
- Innocence summons large Starbirth circles near the ABCD markers placed earlier. They will explode in a large AoE dealing heavy damage and applying a vuln stack and damage down debuffs upon Shadowreaver and Beatific Vision being cast, or upon being hit by either the Light Pillar AoE or the Drop of Light AoE. This is the crucial mechanic of the final two phases and players must either dodge the explosions by moving into a safe spot, or break one of the Starbirths and move into it.
- **Beatific Vision**
- One of the new mechanics in the final phases that triggers Starbirth explosions. Innocence will teleport to a cardinal edge of the arena and dash across the arena, dealing proximity damage from the line he dashes through. After the dash, he teleports back to the centre. Players should move to a perpendicular edge, away from any exploding Starbirths as Beatific Vision will explode them.
- **God Ray**
- Innocence will do a four sets of three conal AoEs, with three safe spots between the conal AoEs.
- **Adds**
- Innocence will summon two Forgiven Venery adds and one Forgiven Shame add. The Forgiven Venery must be picked up by a tank and casts **Holy Sword**, a moderate physical tank buster. The Forgiven Shame will use **Scold's Bridle**, a raidwide AoE, and will enrage if not killed.

- ## Fight Strategy ##
- **Phase 1:**
- + Pull Innocence to the centre of the arena; pre-mitigate for Shadowreaver.
- + Two non-tanks will be marked by Winged Reprobation. Run to the opposite side of the sword, away from the party, and as the tether marker resolves move back into the party to avoid getting hit as well as running the AoE through the party.
- + Tank swap for every Righteous Bolt.
- + The marked players must take their tethers to the opposide side of the sword, then move back in to dodge Winged Reprobation, which will section off two quadrants of the arena.
- + Rotate across the arena counterclockwise for the first rotating AoE, and spread out to avoid clipping Drop of Light.
- + Dodge the Winged Reprobation AoEs and the Rightful Reprobation AoEs. The third Winged Reprobation AoE and the repeated Rightful Reprobation AoE will happen at the same time. After, stack for Light Pillar and heal and shield through the two AoEs.
- + The marked players must take their tethers to the opposide side of the sword, while dodging the rotating AoEs - these rotate clockwise. There is a gap in the AoEs in this set.
- **Phase 2:**
- + The tanks should pick up the Forgiven Venerys and cooldown the buster.
- + Everyone else DPS down the Shame, then kill the other two adds.
- + Players should stack in the middle leaning North for Innocence's ultimate, Flaming Sword.
- **Phase 3:**
- + Innocence will reappear at the north of the arena; drag him back to centre.
- + He will summon three Starbirths in this set. Shadowreaver will pop them all, so the party must move to the edge of the arena marked by ABCD where there is no Starbirth.
- + Dodge the rotating AoEs and Rightful Reprobation. Innocence will jump to a random cardinal and cast Beatific Vision as the swords run through again. Dodge the swords and run away from him parallel, to the edge of the arena.
- + He wil summon two Starbirths in the next set, in opposite quadrants from each other. Players marked with Drop of Light must take them out of the middle into the two safe quadrants. It is possible to stack two markers at a quadrant at the very edge.
- + Players must then soak for Light Pillar. The party must stack such that the Light Pillar does not go through Starbirth. Heal through the heavy AoE damage.
- + He will teleport to a cardinal for Beatific Vision. Players must avoid the Starbirth explosions. Run towards where he teleports, then adjust left or right based on where the Starbirths are.
- + The next Rightful Reprobation will cover a quadrant of the arena. He will then cast God Ray - there will usually be one safe spot between the conal AoEs that is not in the path of the returning Rightful Reprobation. However, the easiest way is to dodge the returning line AoEs first before adjusting to the God Rays.
- + The next mechanic is the trickiest mechanic in the fight. Innocence summons four Starbirths and summons Winged Reprobation swords north and south of the arena that shoot AoEs through the middle (these do not trigger Starbirth). Innocence must be moved towards the 1 marker, and players should dodge all AoEs. The next Light Pillar must be aimed towards one of the Starbirths, triggering its explosion. Players should be carefully stacked close to Innocence so they are not hit by the resulting explosion. After, players must move to where the Starbirth exploded to dodge the explosions that will be caused by Shadowreaver.
- + For consistency, the boss should always be moved to the 1 marker and the Light Pillar should be aimed towards the C marker.
- **Phase 4:**
- + Due to the timing of the phase repeat, the first Righteous Bolt in the phase will have the current OT still afflicted with a few seconds of Lightning Resistance Down II, and they will always take one auto. Therefore, the OT should also pop a cooldown when provoking the boss.
- + Tethered players must take their tethers to the opposite side while dodging the line AoEs. The rotating AoEs will rotate clockwise.
- + Innocence will summon three Starbirths. Players must move to the safe quadrant at the wall parallel to the charge where there is no Starbirth.
- + Dodge the Rightful Reprobations and spread out the Drops of Light. Be in a safe quadrant when the line AoEs resolve.
- + Do the tethers while the tanks tank swap.
- + The fight then repeats from the second Starbirth in Phase 3. Players should perform the mechanics exactly how they did in Phase 3.
- + When the boss jumps and starts casting enrage, the party should move to him instead and start burning before the enrage cast goes off.
- ## Role Specific Tips ##
- **Tank:**
- + Tanks have very few mechanics except for positioning in this fight, and the buster.
- + Righteous Bolt is magical, and you should tank swap during the cast bar. Remember to turn tank stance on/off to maintain aggro over the other tank or make sure you don't take aggro.
- + Decide which add in Phase 2 you are going to pick up beforehand. For consistency we have the MT pick up the right add and the OT pick up the left add.
- + The most important part for a tank is to take the boss squarely in between two Starbirths, far enough from the one at C during the four Starbirth phase. if the party has to stack too close, the resulting AoE will wipe the party.
