justin was never meant to have access
just looked through my access logs
and found that my security (can't figure out why) has a critical flaw where if someone knows the full path to a log file, they can bypass the auth
haven't found any good explanation for this
but I'm pretty pissed he's been doing this
I personally think Justin isn't worth keeping around and I'd be just as happy with his IP fully banned from ever touching my server again.  but I want to hear others' take to make sure I'm not overreacting here
I think it's a pretty big deal that he's been going out of his way to subvert security
also, if anyone's curious, his IP is 24.160.53.135 and he has two accounts:  forkwombat and imnottraitor

anyway, i double plugged the hole
i moved everythign to a new directory (updating in the pinned post)
and I also found a way to fix the flaw so even if he finds the new folder, the same old trick won't work
once we roll over to the new server
i might do away with these web-shared logs entirely
There are equivalent mechanisms already built into the admin interface in the game itself, right?
