  13. Please tell us about yourself: My name is Hunter I am 19 years old, and have been involved in the Arma 3 scene for about three years now. I'm currently a full time student attending Lake Michigan College which is located in Benton Harbor Michigan, I'm currently pursuing an associates of arts degree, and after I obtain my associates degree I plan on attending Ferris State University to obtain a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice as I plan on becoming a police officer after college. I have previous work experience as a bartender for six months, and a waiter for three years. Moving on, I have been into gaming since I was seven or eight years old, I started off by playing on an xbox and that led on to me buying an Xbox 360 and when that finally broke I decided to build a computer, I have a lot of computer experience as I've built and upgraded my computer by myself, and I've helped friends and families build and or fix their computers if they have any issues with it. Lastly, when I'm not on my computer or attending my college classes, I volunteer at a local animal shelter "Focus on Ferals" which primarily focuses on stray cats that are found and brought in.

  17. How long have you been a member of the community? I'll have been a member of this community 3 years in July. I bought Arma 3 originally because FrankieonPC1080P was making Arma 3 videos at the time of the Arma 3 Altis life mods and the game itself just looked absolutely amazing, I came to Asylum entertainment because I was looking for a fun, well maintained life server that the developers cared about, I tried other servers like Seal team sloth but it just didn't have the same appeal that Asylum had. I began playing on Altis but that just wasn't cutting it for me so I decided to give Stratis a try and fell in love with it almost immediately. Playing Stratis and Asylum is what sparked my passion for Arma 3 as I have racked up around 3800 hours on Arma 3 with at least 3300 of them being on Asylum.

  19. Are you currently in a gang? If so which? I'm technically in Clarity on server 4, but I mainly play cop on Precinct 3.
  20.
  21. Have you ever had any administrative action taken against you? If so what? Honestly, I have had a pretty hefty ban record my year and a half here, but I have grown up a lot and matured as a person, so my most recent ban was my first VDM ban which was reduced by Dredd from a week to three days. Also, I cheated in CSGO about two and a half years ago and received a vac ban for it, but I haven't cheated since.
  22.
  23. Have you ever been or are currently an Admin for another community? If so, which? I was an admin on the community critical gaming two years ago, my duties consisted of accepting and denying player applications, reviewing player reports and deciding if what the person did was bannable, and looking over compensation requests. Also I was head of the support team on the community ProRP last year from August to November, my duties here consisted of me giving support team interviews, civilian interviews to see if they're allowed to play on our server or not, and manage the entire support team as a whole.

  25. Why do you feel that you would make a great addition to the Support Team? I believe that I would make a great addition to the support team because I want to contribute and give back to the server that has provided me so much amusement and joy over the years. I would make a great addition to the support team because I simply want to help, whether that be answering questions about server rules, or game mechanics I can confidently say that I have the experience, game sense, and knowledge to answer 90% of the questions that are asked to me with ease. Most of the time while I'm playing cop, you'll get civilians who have a question on how something works, how to run a legal / illegal item, or that they're experiencing a bug and need assistance while fixing it. From a cop standpoint you can only answer so much so giving me the opportunity to be apart of the support team will allow me to share my knowledge anyone who may need help. Moving on, another reason I would be a great addition to the support team is that I'm active, I play on the Asylum servers for almost 3 years as stated above and I'm on the servers for a large amount of time daily as I'm an unemployed student with to much time of his hands, so having this much free time only benefits myself and Asylum because I get the satisfaction of using my knowledge to help others, while Asylum gets a satisfied player who was happy that the support team was able to answer their questions fully. Next, I would be a great addition to the support team because I care about Asylum and its well being, a prime example of this would be that I've reported and have gotten banned several ban evaders before, and after the ban evader bounty hunt was established. Lastly, I can confidently say that I have a pretty good community reputation and it has taken me a while to build it back up but having this would only benefit the support team because with a good reputation, players arent afraid to reach out or approach me when they may have an issue or question regarding something on asylum, people possible ban evading, or anything else etc. Those are only a few reasons of why I would be a great pick for the Asylum support team.

  27. What skills do you possess that would benefit the Support Team? Being a previous admin and a support member on other servers that and other real life experiences have given me a plethora of skills that would benefit the support team. One of my primary skills that I posses is communication, over the years I have learned how to communicate and work with others effectively, I learned this skill as a waiter at the Big Boy restaurant that I worked at for three years, and being head of support on ProRP and an admin at Critical Gaming only honed this skill overall as I'm not afraid to ask questions when I need to, but I'm also not afraid to make choices and decisions for myself without needing to second guess. Moving on, another great skill that I posses is that I work well within a team environment, to keep it somewhat short I'm more of a leader, but I'm also a follower when working with a team which in this case would be the support team as well. I'm a self motivate team-player that has no problems what so ever helping another member with something, working together with a fellow support team member to help an asylum player out with a question or concerns but for the most part I am dedicated and work best within a team environment. Next, I'm professional. I'm able to deal with any matter that may come to me unbiased and with maturity while acting responsibly, or to state it in simple terms, I'm highly organized, dedicated and committed to being professional around everyone that I may come across. On wards, this is more of a minor skill but I know how to code a little bit, the coding languages I know best is Java as I used to code and develop for a small time Minecraft server hosted by my friend Nolan, and a minor language I also know is Mysql but I only have very minimal experience with that. Lastly, I have prior experience as Head of support on another community, and being an admin as well. Being the head of the support team and an admin, both of these experiences have given me the required and needed experience to use it wherever it may benefit myself and the community as a whole.

  29. Being an active member is a must, how much time can you dedicate to being active on our server? I can dedicate a solid 40-50 hours to a week to the support team, while also fulfilling my police requirements. To add on to how many hours I'll dedicate to support; I'm already in teamspeak most days for an upwards of five to nine hours daily, About two of those hours will go towards my cop duties, while the other three to six hours will be strictly for support duties, on weekends I obviously get more time off as I don't have college classes on weekends, so on weekends I'll be able to spend a solid ten to twelve hours a day in teamspeak, while also doing my support duties on the forums as well.
