100% Zora Mask Late Route Timing

Segments that need timing:
- deku movement instead of human movement to PF HP			- idea loses about .2 or .3s
- ct owl -> start bomber minigame							- idea loses about .2s
- sodt mikau vs void mikau									- sodt loses about 5s
(current route didn't have bomb for mikau walking, so current loses an additional roughly 1.6s)
- idea saves about 6.9s skipping sun's in snowhead

.3 + .2 + 5 - 1.6 - 6.9 = -3

Idea saves about 3s without accounting for equips. Equips save a page turn for idea, so roughly 3.2s saved.
