- Instruction for large FPS (v1.8.x):
- Warning:
- - If you do something not right, stuff can break (obvious, but better know).
- - Requires installed Minecraft {wow i didn't know it thx bro/!11!1}, so if you don't like to trash your drive with it, exit.
- - If you don't understand something, ask me.
- Setting:
- - Launch Launcher :p
- - Choose version 1.8.x.
- - Right mouse click on the bottom bar and launch "Task Manager".
- a) On Launcher Premium v1.6.5+:
- - Launch game.
- - When it ends, kill process "java.exe"
- b) On Launcher Premium v1.5.2- or non-premium:
- - Click "javaw.exe".
- - Launch game.
- - When it ends, kill the chosen "javaw.exe".
- - Set high priority for "javaw.exe" (Waning: Not "real time", because it can lag the system!).
- - Turn off "Task Manager".
- - Go in settings and set:
- - FOV: Normal
- - Music & Sounds...
- - Master Volume: OFF
- - Video Settings...
- - Graphics: Fast
- - Smooth Lighting: OFF
- - 3D Anaglyph: OFF
- - Clouds: OFF
- - Use VSync: OFF
- - Anisotropic Filtering: OFF
- - Render Distance: 2 chunks
- - Max Framerate: Unlimited
- - View Bobbing: OFF
- - Particles: Minimal
- - Mipmap Levels: OFF
- - Choose ("b" option for worse computers):
- a) Make a new creative world ("More World Options... > World Type: Superflat > Customize > Presets"; in the window write "2;0;1;village").
- - When joined turn on flying (finally it's void).
- - [/tp <nick> 0 500 0]
- - Click F3.
- b) Come to any lag-less creative server.
- - Teleport you to a far place (e.g.: [/p tp 10010;10010] if possible; don't embigger the number much, you can get kicked because of too far position).
- - Click F3.
- - Go to "Y: 500".
- - In settings turn off chat (Multiplayer Settings... > Chat: Hidden).
- - Go to menu and ensmaller the game window to keep visible the FPS.
- - Click F1 and wait 5s.
- - Click again F1 and instantly F2.
- - Do that some times (you can enlonger the time to make more FPS, e.g. 10s).
- - Turn off the game.
- - Go to the screenshots folder and choose that with biggest FPS.
- - Share it somewhere.
