his personality: Since Mark originates from Canada he often is confused and clueless about the Korean culture. He is very curious and is easily awed by things that are new to him. He often turns to Kyunghwa for help and explanation for anything he doesn't understand. He also helps Kyunghwa by teaching her simple English phrases.

how he acts around you: At first he felt very awkward and shy around her, acting very formal when talking to her. However, once he felt more comfortable with her, he acts more of his usual self around her and constantly jokes around. He also smiles more when he is with her. Whenever he finds or says something funny, he would immediately look for Kyunghwa's reaction and approval of the joke.

personality: Being the eldest among her many siblings, many expect Kyunghwa to be mature and act her age. Unfortunately, out of all her siblings she is the most immature one. Her childlike behaviour causes her younger siblings to take care of her rather than the other way around. However, she can be serious if she wanted to and this side of her scares many. Kyunghwa is rarely seen pissed or getting annoyed at others however she is capable of lashing out if she feels that her patience is being tested. She also has a very loud voice and doesn't understand the meaning of an indoor voice and this can sometimes get her into trouble.

background: Being born in a family of 7,  Kyunghwa is usually the one with the most responsibilities being the oldest. She often pushes her younger siblings around becoming the 'annoying' sister to them. However, she does know her limits as the eldest and carries out her responsibilities seriously. Her mother is a housewife while her father is the sole breadwinner of their family. However to provide help to Kyunghwa's father, her mother does catering services and cooks for the benefit of others.

how you act around him: She was very friendly to him, always smiling and waving when she sees him around. However, after meeting him a few times, she eventually warms up to him, acting like her usual cheery self. She also finds it weird when he refers to her as an older sister and encourages him to talk informally to her after becoming closer.
