2018 Recording & Streamgoals

Let's start with Youtube, I am still super small on youtube and my hiatus has prevented my channel to pick up. That being said, I now feel more motivated to record more tutorials thanks to my new setup. So here are my recording goals for 2018:

- Start Monetizing videos, I don't need the little money this will give me but I feel like this would get me somewhere
- Create new series, RPG series is not on hold but I want to expand my channel to a larger audience.
- Create a ton of MISC. Tutorials and Mini Series. Secretly, MISC. Tutorials and Mini Series are some of my favorite tutorials on youtube. They were just... helpful.
- Start using Adobe After Effects more, premier will still be my main editor but I want to create some really cool visualizations
- Make tutorials live on twitch. I have no idea if this is an amazing or terrible idea. I tend to stutter a lot in videos so maybe this will help.
- MAAAAAAYBE start recording in 60FPS? Probably not.

For those coming from youtube. I also like to livestream on twitch a lot. I enjoy this a lot more than recording and as well as doing gamedevelopment and drawing streams, I also really enjoy to speedrun. I want to push this in 2018 as I think this is something I love and really think I can make this successful in 2018. Here are my stream goals:

- Get affiliate, this should be easy, I have 2 emotes made already and I have just about made the requirements for this.
- Create panels, this really needs to get done soon
- Expand layouts, I like my current layouts a lot but I want to tweak them quiet a bit and expand them over time
- Get better at drawing, seeing how I just started this like 2 weeks ago, this feels very achievable
- Do more races, I've enjoyed racing randos quite a bit so I want to start racing smw quite a bit more

Now here are my speedrun specific goals:

- Learn PC indie games, I love indie games and I want to try speedrunning them because they are generally short games which I like
- Learn more SMW meme categories, these categories are so dumb and I love them. I also want to learn some no cape categories such as feed the yoshi
- Learn another SNES game, I like SNES games a lot more compared to NES games, I grew up with neither console but the SNES feels more closer to my heart
- Learn a kirby game, CONFESSION: I enjoyed kirby games more than mario games so I want to learn one. I'm thinking either SSU or KatAM.
- Learn DuckTales? I heard it was a short easy speedrun and an overall fun game. I want to try it out.
