[20:14:53] Champion Hunteя: So I've been talking with Gorve and (trying to talk) with Roxas about maybe doing a league merge with Inj Distortion and maybe Merciless. I just wanted to hear your thoughts?

[20:16:44] Champion Hunteя: Well a I was talking about ti with a few of my members. 1 we've been less active than usual lately, and we had a number of members just up and leave because they "got bored"

[20:17:09] Champion Hunteя: and with Era getting a lot of high tier players, it would be hard for us to keep up, at least on our own
[20:17:21] Champion Hunteя: so I started thinking aboutwaht could be done
[20:17:40] Champion Hunteя: I'm good friends with Stunfisk so I thought we may be able to merge with them. Mentioned it to crow
[20:17:45] Champion Hunteя: and he suggested maybe Injustice as well
[20:18:00] Champion Hunteя: so one thing lead to another and I'm now talking with you about that very idea

[20:18:25] InJ Niqqa: Why exactly is being behind ERA a problem?
[20:19:12] Champion Hunteя: we've lost a number of members to them, and I'm worried that if things stay the way they are, we'll lose too many members to them

[20:20:22] Champion Hunteя: from what I can see its A. they got bored here idk why. B. a lot of people are less dedicated to leagues as they are to wanting to be in "The best" league

[20:21:17] InJ Niqqa: Focus more on making a small knitted league with good players
[20:21:43] InJ Niqqa: We're not trying to make a big league with over 30 persons in it a night, we're comfortable with our numbers
[20:21:53] InJ Niqqa: Just recruit dedicated players
[20:21:59] InJ Niqqa: Do background checks, etc
[20:22:19] Champion Hunteя: I'll definitly keep it in mind
[20:22:31] InJ Niqqa: We don't let randoms into the league, only people who really and truly wanna join, not someone just looking for a league
[20:22:44] InJ Niqqa: Also, trainers and promotions ruin leagues
[20:23:20] InJ Niqqa: When a trainer comes up and takes a GL spot, the GL will feel robbed, most of them just leave and find another league
[20:23:26] InJ Niqqa: Look at Crystal for example
[20:23:36] InJ Niqqa: They were once on of the best league, now they half dead
[20:24:13] Champion Hunteя: They're half dead for a number of reasons, and its not really because of trainers v leaders.
[20:24:30] Champion Hunteя: trust me, I was a member there until a few weeks ago.

[20:25:50] Champion Hunteя: well I think I misunderstood your situation to start with. from what I had seen, you had been low in activity recently, having spoken with you I see that its not because you're in want of members, its because you want to be that size.
[20:26:26] Champion Hunteя: that being said, if the merge did go through, you would have a number of dedicated, and skilled members added to your 'ranks'

[20:27:34] InJ Niqqa: Is we make a new room
[20:27:46] InJ Niqqa: Our members are allowed to multileague in it
[20:27:51] InJ Niqqa: And that'll be our merged room
[20:28:01] InJ Niqqa: So we have our league's here
[20:28:05] InJ Niqqa: And that one merged league
[20:29:36] Champion Hunteя: so you're suggesting that we remain separate, but create a "new" league, where we can pool our members for Lvl etc?

[20:30:32] Champion Hunteя: Injustice Distortion Merciless. I was going to suggest unity, but Crow tells me that Gorve was iffy on that.

[20:31:19] InJ Niqqa: Gorve dislikes em because they're a spin off of Alliance
[20:31:39] Champion Hunteя: meh. I've talked with a few of Unity's guys. It seems to be tehy were justified in leaving.
